Taemin looked at Yuri and then suddenly, gave her a hug.

 

“I’m glad you like me.”

 

Yuri didn’t know what to do or say.

 

When Taemin broke the hug he smiled at her and then held her hand and pulled her up.

 

Yuri was startled.

 

“Where are we going?!”

 

Yuri shouted out to Taemin who was pulling her off somewhere.

 

“To show that creep who you really love!”

 

Taemin turned around and shouted back at her.

 

Yuri didn’t know how to respond for a second but just let herself get pulled by the boy she loved.

 

Suddenly, they were at the front gates of Garfield High School at Jason was getting surrounded by Jae and the other four members.

 

“Oi! You!”

 

Taemin shouted at Jason.

 

The four boys and Jae turned around to see Taemin and Yuri, their hands held together.

 

Taemin held onto Yuri’s hand and then looked down at Yuri who was looking at him oddly.

 

Taemin bent down and whispered something in Yuri’s ear.

 

“Trust me and play along okay?”

 

Yuri looked at Taemin and then he winked at her.

 

He winked at her.

 

Yuri’s heart began to beat really fast and then gave him and nod and turned to face her new friends and her e-boyfriend.

 

Taemin and Yuri began to slowly walk towards Jason.

 

Jason stared at Yuri and then she saw that his eyes had moved down to where her hand and Taemin’s hand was.

 

Jason looked back up at Yuri.

 

“Wh-what’s this Yuri?”

 

Jason said, pointing down to her hand with Taemin’s, his voice sounding hurt.

 

Yuri stared at Jason and was about to reply when Taemin cut her off.

 

“Maybe you should use your brain.”

 

Taemin said coldly.

 

“What the hell do you mean by that?!”

 

Jason said angrily.

 

“Would a girl and a boy hold hands if they were friends?”

 

Taemin asked silently.

 

Jason stared at Taemin and then smiled.

 

“Yuri wouldn’t love you. You’re not man enough for her.”

 

Jason turned to Yuri.

 

“Right Yuri?”

 

Jason said.

 

Now everyone’s gaze was on Yuri.

 

She looked up at Taemin and saw him give her an encouraging smile.

 

“You’re wrong Jason. I don’t care whether or not your manly,”

 

Jason began to protest but Yuri stopped him by wrapping her arm’s around Taemin’s arm and looked up at him lovely.

 

“I just care if you love me.”

 

Taemin and Yuri smiled down at each other.

 

Onew, Jae, Key, Minho and Jonghyun looked at each other and smiled, giving each other hi-5’s.

 

“Yuri…don’t do this to-“

 

“Look here pal,”

 

Taemin said, letting go of Yuri and stepping up to Jason, talking to him in a quiet and menacing way.

 

“Just be happy that I’m not asking my friends and I to punch you for hurting her okay? Do you know how long it took me to persuade her to go out with me?”

 

Taemin said and looked at Jason and then at the back where his friends were.

 

Jason turned around and saw that all his friends was giving him a menacing smile with their fist held together, ready to punch.

 

“Just leave.”

 

Taemin said quietly.

 

He took a step back and went back to Yuri who gave him a slight smile.

 

Taemin smiled down at her and then continued to hold her hand in his, comforting her.

 

“And don’t ever come back to mess with us again.”

 

Taemin said looking back at Jason.

 

Jason gulped and took a step back and was about to leave when he turned back around to face Yuri.

 

“Look Yuri. I’m really sorry for breaking up with you. I was stressed and when you told me that-“

 

Yuri let go of Taemin’s hand and walked towards Jason, stopping him from continuing his sentence.

 

“Go away Jason. You’ve hurt me enough. Isn’t that enough for you?”

 

Jason began to protest.

 

“No! I didn’t want things to become this way! I-“

 

Yuri looked at Jason and a tear slipped off her cheek.

 

“Go. Away. I don’t ever want to see you again.”

 

Yuri said and then ran back to Taemin and hugged him, crying.

 

Jason was about to go and comfort her when four guys and one girl stepped up to block him.

 

“You heard Yuri. She doesn’t want you here.”

 

The girl standing in the middle said.

 

“Get lost or we’ll make you get lost.”

 

Another boy said.
 

Jason looked at the crying Yuri over the boy’s shoulder and then walked off.

 

Everyone began to cry out in joy and then ran to Taemin and Yuri and hugged them.

 

“That was such good acting you guys!”

 

Key shouted out happily.

 

“I know! You guys can become professionals!”

 

Jonghyun continued.

 

Everyone laughed.

 

Except Taemin and Yuri.

 

Taemin gently looked down at the smiling Yuri and kissed her.

 

A gentle kiss that told Yuri everything thing that she wanted to know.

 

When Taemin had finished kissing her he looked at her eyes and said a few simple words that caused Yuri’s heart to beat so fast that she thought it would jump out.

 

“I wasn’t acting.”

 

Yuri stared at Taemin, everyone else around them silent.

 

“W-what?”

 

Yuri asked.

 

“I wasn’t acting.”

 

Taemin repeated again.

 

Yuri looked away embarrassed.

 

“Yuri,”

 

Taemin continued.

 

Yuri looked up and saw Taemin’s sweet gaze and beautiful smile.

 

“Will you be my girlfriend?”

 

Yuri felt and heard herself gasp out loud.

 

And so did everyone else.

 

“Oh my! Our Taemin’s finally grown up!”

 

Onew said and everyone nodded in agreement.

 

Yuri didn’t know what to say or how to respond but then suddenly, she felt another hand on her shoulder and saw that it was Jae.

 

“Can I speak to you for a minute?”

 

Yuri looked up at Taemin and when he saw him smile she nodded and walked away with Jae.

 

After a few seconds of walking Jae turned to face Yuri.

 

“You like him don’t you?”

 

Jae asked straight away.

 

Yuri was startled once again.

 

“How did you know?!”

 

Jae laughed.

 

“Oh come one! It’s so obvious! Everyone Taemin walks past us or talks to us you seem…you seem…”

 

Yuri waited for Jae to finish her sentence.

 

“You seem different.”

 

Jae sighed, finally finding the word she was looking for.

 

“What do you mean by different?”

 

Yuri asked curiously.

 

“It’s hard to explain.”

 

Jae said.

 

“Oh…okay…”

 

Yuri trailed off.

 

-SILENCE-

 

“Look, if you like him, just say yes okay?”

 

Yuri looked at Jae and then turned herself around to look at Taemin who was laughing with his friend.

 

“But…”

 

“Look, I still can’t believe that Taemin asked you out.”

 

“What do you mean?”

 

Jae sighed.

 

“I don’t know the details okay? Ask him but I’m being serious. Just say yes.”

 

“But I-“

 

*RING DING DONG RING DING DONG*

 

The school bell rang.

 

Jae walked off to go to homeroom, leaving Yuri slowly walking towards the school.

 

Suddenly, a hand was holding onto her own and he looked up to see Taemin.

 

“You don’t have to an-“

 

“Yes.”

 

Taemin stopped walking and slowly looked down at her.

 

“What?”

 

“Yes. Yes, Yes!”

 

Yuri said closing her eyes.

 

Suddenly, she was in Taemin’s arms and was getting hugged by Taemin.

 

“I’m so glad…Thank you…thank you so much…”

 

She heard Taemin said and then hugged him back.

 

“I love you.”

 

“I love you too.”
