"i want my love life hat is full of love. i also want to have a love life that is full of happiness. why'd you ask?" suzy turned to him

"nothing" jongin smiled at her

"how 'bout you oppa?" suzy returned his question

"it doesnt matter as long as i'm with you" jongin stared straight to her eyes

"me? why me?" suzy asked, cofused

jong in looked at her in disbelief 'she still doesnt get it, does she?' 

"suji ah~" jongin said. coming up with an idea

"ne?" suzy respnded, startled

"guess" jongin said whle chuckling as he saw suzy's confused expression

suzy, who was still registering what jongin said, still had a confused face. but suddenly it hit her. jongin was making fun of her! yeah, he probably was. i mean, whou would like someone like her? she's suzy, a nobody. suzy the KLUTZ. suzy the quiet one.

"you're really a jerk, kim jongin!" suzy said quite turning red, because of embarrassment

"what? did i do anything?" jongin said being panicked. if there's a thing that hehates in this world, it's suzy being mad at him.

"you're making fun of me! you think it's funny? well, lemme tell you, it's not!" suzy said, about to walk out from him, but he quickly hold onto her wrist

"i'm not! i swear i'm not joking! please stay~" jongin pleaded with his puppy eyes that, he knew, she couldnt resist (nobody could)

"aish! kim jong in!!!i swear, i'll break that handsome face of yours someday!" suzy said as she sat back down, beside jongin

jongin smirked at her

"what?" she asked with her confused face again

"so... you finally admit that i'm handsome?" jongin smirked

suzy,who realized what she said, started blushing. "ya! you are really a jerk, kim jongin!"

"just kidding" jongin said while smillig at her

"guess.please?" jongin pleaded to suzy

"how can i guess,you idiot! atleast give me a hint!" suzy said as she continuosly knocked his head

"ah!! araseo~! kumanhae!!! it hurts!"jongin said while rubbing his now aching head

"give me a hint~" suzy said

"araseo, he's at the same year as us" jongin started "same section as us"

"hmmm...what's the surname?" suzy asked

"kim" jongin answered immediately

"hmmm... kim jaejong?" suzy said while beaming 

"you're dreaming too much. besides, he's our senior!!" 

"oh right~...hmm... kim himchan?" suzy asked

jongin gave her a serious look "seriously? he's our senior too!!!" 

"oh yeah... ah! is it... kim myungsoo?? he's in our year & also our classmate.. is it himmm???" suzy suddenly became excited~

"uh.. no~" jong in answered

"argghh!!!then who is it??!!!" suzy exclaimed

"poor you, dont even know the kim's in our room. what a babo~!" jongin mocked her

"ya! the only kim in our room is kim myungsoo and.... you!" suzy realized

"yeah! i and him! and lemme tell you princess, it's not kim myungsoo" jongin said, slightly sighing

"you?" suzy shly asked

"took you long enough" jongin said shyly as his cheeks turned slightly red

he cant believe that he actualy confessed. not in a romantic way though. but,yeah~ he still did.

"ya! kim jongin! are you really joking with me now?" suzy said attempting to hit him again. but, before suzy could hit him, he held onto her hand tightly and interwined it. and, right at that moment,suzy knew! no words needs to be said. she just knew that he was sincere

"suzy ah~ are you happy?" jong in asked suzy while caressing her hair softly

"yes~ i'm happy with you~" suzy smiled softly at him

"suzyah~ what will you do if we broke up?" jongin asked

"will you?" suzy looked at him

"i may, i may not" jongin looked back at her

"what would you like me to do?" suzy asked

"nothing.. i want you to do nothing" jongin said avoiding her gaze.

"nothing?" suzy asked, confused

"yeah. ptomise me to do nothing" jongin smiled at her.

"promise~" suzy said

"for everything~ for loving me. for staying with" jongin stared at her eyes

"stop saying thank you, silly~. i didnt do anything. i just did what i wanted to do" suzy said not meeting his eyes. "i'm starting to get scared, jongin ah~" 

"why?" jongin asked her worriedly

"why do we keep on having this kind of conversations? it's like you're leaving or something" suzy said as she keeps looking pn the ground, as if something was fascinating there.

"i'm just being realistic" jongin reasoned

"i want to give you all my lov, but..." suzy trailed off, making jongin nervous by the second. why was there a but?

" I wouldn't have time to give it to you" suzy said, on the verge of tears.

PRESENT TIME:

after jongin left to study abroad, suuzy's life became lifeless. she became more nothing. she cant sleep nor eat properly.

suzy was once again back in the park where she and jongin met. the place where jongin confessed. the place where jongin bid his goodbye

'jongin ah~ it's been almost 5years. i'm still doing nothing!

suzy was walking on her way home. she was surprised to see 2 pairs of shoes outside her house. the other must be her mom's but she isnt sure of the other.

"suji ah~" her mom's vice echoed in the whole room as soon as she went in. "finally! you're here~ do you remember the kim's? they're back!" as soon as suzy heard that, she started to tremble. hearing him come back was the best and worst news ever

best because she can finally see him

worst because she still doesnt know how to approach him. their parents never knew about them,no, but fate wasnt on their side

her heart was beating faster than her normal rate.

"come here suji great mrs. kim" suzy's mom commanded her. she took her time in taking off her shoes. "suji ah~ what's taking you so long?"

"coming~?"

"suji ah~ do you still remember them?" her mom asked

'how can i not remeber him and his family?'

"annyeonghaseyo~" suzy bowed 90° and greeted politely

"is this really you, suju?" you've grown so well" mrs. kim exclaimed

"oh but where is jongin?" just the mention of his name by her mother, made her heart skipped a beat

"he'll be here.... he has some things to do" mrs. kim smiled politely

"excuse me, i'll just go upstairs and change. mom, call me when dinner's ready?" suzy excused herself politely. as soon as she saw her mother nod , she rushed upstairs, in her room.

she leaned on the back of her door, she put her palm on her chest, near her herat. trying to calm herself. 'what is happening to me? bae suzy!!! calm yourself! breath in, breath out~' 

suzy went infront of the mirror and scanned herself. she looks fine, with her blue ribbon on the side of her hair.

"SUJI AH~~!" her mom shouted which caused her to fall on her bed. she was startled, alright!

"waeyo??!!" she shouted back, while clutching her heart.

"come down here, palli!" 

"aish!! what's with the rush?" she mumbled to herself. she quickly changed her clothes.

while she was in the middle of the stairs her mmom held her hand and pulled her

" you remember mrs. kim's son right? kim jongin?" her heart started beating in an abnormal speed rate again. there! he was back~! he totally looks the same, except his cold expressionless face.

"A-anyeonghasey~" suzy bowed 90º once again, with her trembling hands. she was damn nervous

"dinner'll be ready in a while~ why dont you guys do some catching up in the living room?" suzy's mom said and went to the kitchen.

"Annyeonghaseyo~" suzy once again greeted Mrs. Kim and Jongin

"jongin ah! aren't you going to greet her?" jongin's mom nudge him

"annyeong. long time, no see" jongin said flatly

something inside her broke when she sees jongin like this, acting like a stranger

 'he changed' she pushe that stupid thought away.

"let's sit and talk" sensing the awkward atmosphere, Mrs. kim suggested

suzy sat infront of jongin and his mom.

"so, suji ah~ it's been a while! how've you been?" Mrs. Kim opened up a conversation

"fine. i guess" 

"do you have a love life?" Mrs. kim was straight forward. jongin nudge his mom, telling her to stop

"*cough cough*" suzy pretended to cough

"mom, stop!" jongin warned his mom

"he was here, before jongin came"

now, suzy's was anticipating the answer.

suzy wanted to cry, to scream. she cant believe that jongin can forget her that fast.

"ooohh!! tell us something about her jongin~" suzy's mom asked

"well, she's pretty"

as soon as suzy heard this, her heart shattered into millions of pieces. that was the problem, she's bae suzy, and no matter what she do, no matter how hard she try, she will never be jung soo jung

"you, what are you doing here?" jongin asked the same question

"i asked you first" suzy retorted

"tch! childish" jongin smirked. "lemme ask you again suji, what are you still doing here? on the very same spot?"

" i love this place. it brings back good memories" suzy smiled softly

*silence*

"do you still love me?" jongin is exactly as his mom. too straight forward

suzy,who was shocked by the sudden question, look at him increadiuosly. she didnt expect that

jongin looked at her "tell me"

"you, do you still love me?" suzy bravely asked

"i asked you first" jongin immitated her "now answer the question"

"maybe ido, maybe i dont" suzy answered, avoiding his stare

"what kind of answer is that?" jongin said in a serious tone, which send shivers down her spine

"yes, yes ido." suzy answered whole heartedly 

jongin looked at her straight in the eyes "why?"

"i love you, because... it's you" suzy looked down at the floor

"i've always loved you. though, you left. the feelings never did. i tried pushing it away, but you dont know hard! it hurts, knowing you probably dont give a single damn about what i feel. it hurts, knowing you have someone better than me. itt hurts knowing that you and your feelings for me will never comeback! it freakin' hurts!! i just hope you know how much i'm hurting right now!" suzy bursted into tears. she just couldnt contain her feelings. it was all to much! she just need to let it all out, just this once

"why do you keep on loving me?"

"because you are my first love kim jongin, you were the one who could make melaugh and cry. the one who made me happy and sad, all at the same time. the one who cheered me up. you were there when everybosy wasnt. it was always you! it never changed. no matter what i do, my heart beats only for you~ because to me, it's you. it has always been." suzy said while trying to catch her breath from all the crying. she also tried to compose herself. 

she was about to leave, when she felt someone turn her around and hugged her. it was jongin 

"I'm sorry for making you feel so bad! i may not suffer the way you did. but, lemme tell you; you are the only. i've been waiting for this day for five years! the feeling is mutual. i was a coward, for making you suffer. i've been with many other girls before, but i cant stop myself from comparing them to you. you are perfect. the most beautiful girl in my eyes. i'm sorry for making you wait" jongin looked straight in her eyes "please give me a chance to prove that i'm sincere. please"

"what about soojung?"

"i didnt actually loved her"

"then, why did you sound so sincere when you were talking about her?"

"i wasnt"

"then--" 

suzy didnt get to say what she was about to say. the next thing she knew, somethings on her lips... and it was jongin's. after a few seconds jongin broke the kiss

"you talk to much!" jongin smiled,but he suddenly frowned when he remembered something. "who is kim myungsoo to you?" 

"kim myungsoo? ah.. he was courting me for almost a year now. i was about to say yes to him but you came" suzy explained

"good thing i did!" jongin smiled once again. he put his forehhead ontop of hers

"i want you to know that i dont like sharing things that are mine" 

suzy looked at him, confused "what?"

"you're mine~" jongin whispered in her ear

she laughed as she finally get what he said. this is probably the best day of her life! 

"saranghae <3" jongin said huskily

"saranghaeyo~!" suzy replied before jongin kissed her again.
