The Fallen List;
This is for the naughty that did not follow the rules, either unknowingly or on purpose.
This system will start from now, and the previous fallen angels will not be put on the list because, well frankly, I can't remember who they are...
People on this list will not be able to request for reviews here any more. I did not wish to have to create such a thing, but hopefully this will encourage everyone to follow the rules.
