“You know him Hon?”

           The question that Yoona blurted out suddenly cross her mind, she was way too shocked at that moment. She didn’t expect that her ex boyfriend and this man standing next to him know each other. “What a small word” she said to herself.

            “Qian are you okay?”

            She didn’t answer instead she just look at him, her eyes are telling him to explain what was happening. “Nichkhun…”

            “You better sit down” he even pulled a chair for her. She didn’t protest and let him guide her after that he even sit next to her, when she look at Yoona and Taecyeon, they are already sitting.

            “He’s my second cousin. He is Nichkhun Buck Horvejkul. My one and only cousin that is so hard to find.” Taecyeon explain while looking lovingly at his wife. “He’s father was my Mom’s first cousin.”

            “So he was the one who is a Coffee entrepreneur in America?” Yoona ask with glow in her eyes.

            “Yes, he earned his degree in America and now he owns an island resort in Thailand. He’s the pride of the Horvejkul” Taecyeon added.

            “Oh! Wow” Yoona couldn’t hide her admiration after what she heard. She couldn’t believe what she heard, but she notices that there is something about every word that Taecyeon spill.  She could even see that Nichkhun was not comfortable at all.  They way he shook his head when he heard the word Pride of the Horvejkul caught her attention, there is something about that word that made his attitude somehow bitter, it feels like he doesn’t want to hear those words, she was dying to know what is behind that word but she was afraid to know it as well.

            “You’re making me looks like a saint here, Taec.” He said while sipping his drink. She knows that he was trying to loosen up the tension and she was glad that he is a very cool person, to just let that pass.

            “So how did that two of you met?” Taecyeon suddenly ask which made her panic. She has no idea what would be the right story for them. She doesn’t have any plot about their so called love story. She was lost, extremely lost. Then suddenly she felt a hand grip her hand tightly and when she look at that person holding her hand. It was Nichkhun and she was giving her the looks that says trust me. Nichkhun hold her tightly and planted a kiss on her hand, she was taken aback by his action, and she couldn’t react anymore when Nichkhun started to say something.

            “It was love at first sight” he said while looking at Victoria. “Qian was standing in front of the bar where I use to spend a night for a drink, and then my eyes laid on her, no actually it was glued on her and then I suddenly realize that I need to get to know that woman, I can’t let it pass, so I came to her, ask for her name and the rest was history” Nichkhun said. Victoria couldn’t help but be amaze with him, how can he make up story so fast, and why does it sounds so real.

            “Oh my God” Yoona exclaimed. “See I told you love at first sight is real” Yoona said tapping her husband’s shoulder.

            “It was real” Nichkhun stated

            “So long have you been together?” Teacyeon ask

            “Two Months” Victoria said. “Six Months” Nichkhun stated. Both of them can see the confuse look there throwing at them.

            “What Qian trying to say is that, we are two months engage but we’ve been together for Six month, right sweetheart?” ask Nichkhun while she pulled Victoria and planted a kiss on her lips. If not for that stupid lie, she would slaps his face right now. She feels like was being used. How can he kiss her like that? They are literally strangers.

            “I really didn’t know that the two of you would end up together, Victoria is such a great woman and I think you met the right woman to marry off” Taecyeon said and Victoria couldn’t help but blushed, it’s been a while since they met each other and until now Taecyeon can still affect her so much.

            “I think I made the right decision to marry her”.  Nichkhun said. Victoria is trying to avoid the gaze that Taecyeon was giving on to her, she felt uncomfortable with it and her heart started to bet so fast that she thinks her heart would just jump out from her chest.

            “So how have you been Victoria, it’s been years since the last time we see each other?” Teacyeon ask without removing his gaze from her. She doesn’t know how to answer him, she was melting. Nichkhun could sense the look on her face when Taecyeon ask her that question.

            “She’s perfectly fine Taec and well aside from the fact that she was very much in love with me” Nichkhun said loud enough for her to be heard.

            “Do you have any plans on announcing your engagement to the Family?” Taecyeon ask, that leave both of them in silence.

         After their dinner, Nichkhun decide to take Victoria on the dance floor, to have some little privacy. “Lets’ dance sweetheart”, before she could answer he already guided to a not so big makeshift dance floor of the restaurant.  There is also two pairs of couple that were dancing on the dance floor, it was a slow music so she had no choice but to put her arms around his neck while Nichkhun’s hand were on her waist.. She was trying to move her body away from him when she saw Taecyeon looking at them she has no choice but to smile and move her body closer to him.

       “You’re doing this on purpose; we don’t have any plans on dancing.” She said in between her force smile.

       Nichkhun move his mouth close enough to her ears. “And what’s the plan?” he whisper. “You dragged me into this mess without saying anything, and now you’re the one who got the nerve to get mad?”

      “Can you please don’t hug me too tight?” She complains softly trying her best to move away from him.

      “Damn it Qian” He curse. “In their eyes were engage couple and for sure they will ask if we dance five meters away from each other.” He bluntly said while laughing. “A while ago you hug me so tight that I think our soul would be one and now you’re complaining, you drag me into this mess, now you owe me a big time lady,” He whispered harshly.

       “Then I’ll pay you. How much do you want?”

       “The hell you would”. He tightens his hold on her more. “If Money was the issue here you might get shocked, you don’t know me” He said. “We’re already into this and needless to say, because of what you did you need to come with me to Thailand tomorrow. I’ll have to introduce you to my family”

        “W- What?” She was shock hearing what he said.” I…I don’t even know you. Why me..”

       “You didn’t think about that before you introduce me to Yoona.” He cut her off. His chest was moving up and down, he’s trying to control himself from losing his patience. “We said that were already two months engage, Taecyeon will doubt it once he finds out that I haven’t introduce you to my family. They don’t even know that you exist and they will find out that you’re the one I’m going to marry, for sure they will ask me to introduce you.”

         “I have a work tomorrow, I will have a meeting to one of my new investors, I need to be there” she reason out because she was afraid of coming with him. They were literally strangers.

He looks at Taecyeon and Yoona who was looking at them and soon he looks at her again. “ look, half of my life, I stayed away from my clan and because of this favor that I did for you, I’m in big trouble, knowing Taecyeon, it will only take a single phone call before my whole family know that I’m here in Korea and not in America, I am obligated to come home” he explained. His eyes were trying to say that he really did make a big mistake.

            “And beside from those things, they will know that I’m going to get married soon, they will expect that my fiancée will come with me once I come home. You put me into this mess so you’re going to help me out.” He said trying to emphasize every word. There is one trace of a bored and happy go lucky he was. The man in front of him looks so scary.

            She looks at him. “A-and if I don’t?

            “We can end this stupid charade right now”

            “Are you blackmailing me” she couldn’t believe it.

            “I’m just asking for a week lady” He said while hugging her closer to him. “You’ve trusted me enough to introduce me as your fiancée, why do you doubt now?”

            She was stoned dead. “There is a huge difference between friends and family” She reason out.

            “Taecyeon is a family Qian” he said then took a deep sighed. She could see that he was really desperate at that moment. “He knows that were engaged and once I came home with a different girl what would they think about it? What would Yoona think about it? Everything that we’ve done would turn into nothing. She didn’t about that, well she doesn’t care anymore if they find out that she was lying, the hell she would care but because of her Nichkhun was in trouble and she couldn’t let him to everything just to save this stupid mess that she made, there must be a way to escape this mess, she will not go with a stranger. She needs to think.

            “There must be some other way than bring me to Thailand” She said although she couldn’t come up with a better excuse.

            “There is no way other than this, Listen to me Qian all I need from you is a month and after that I would think of something so that we could escape this mess but right now, I’m begging you come with me.” He was so desperate that if he needs to beg he will.

            “But I have a work, I need to be there..” She was going to say something but Nichkhun cut her off.

            “Screw that deal, I will pay whatever the amount of that deal cost.”

            “Are you out of your mind?” Krystal was shocked when she heard about the charade she did and especially when she told her that she need to come with him in Thailand.

            “Hold your horses krystal, don’t worry is a good guy and beside what is the use of my taekwondo skills, I can protect myself krystal.” Victoria tries her best to ensure her that nothing is going to happen although she didn’t even know what would happen. One month is way too long and for a fact that they are both stranger, she just wish that nothing goes wrong or else she would regret it for the rest of her life.

            “That’s one of the reasons why I never want to let you learn that stupid taekwondo, you always use that reason every time.” Krystal once again nags about it. “Why didn’t you call me and tell me that sooner, I could at least send someone which we both knew and you wouldn’t be in trouble.”

            She knows that, a one call and everything would be done but she runs out of time and she doesn’t want to cause any trouble to them especially to krystal. “Could you please stop acting like my Mother, you nag so much than her” she ends with a big laughter.

            “If you were really my daughter, I would whack your head from all this craziness.” Then all of a sudden Krystal voice became serious. “What if you drop my here first, I want to know him at least I can have some idea how does he looks like, and your clothes are not enough. Drop by here before you leave.”

            “I’ll try my best to convince him if we can drop by..” she was going to say something but a loud knock from the door caught her attention. “I will call you again, someone is knocking on the door, I’ll get back with you. “She didn’t wait for krystal response and went to get the door. She was shocked to see who was standing in the front of her door. “How did you know my room?” she ask

            “Doesn’t matter, I just want to check up on you if you are ready for tomorrow” he pushed himself inside without her willingness and his eyes landed on the small suitcase on the floor. “That’s only your things? We will stay in Thailand for a month and those stuff are not enough.” He said to her.

            “Let me just remind you, I’m not here to for a month so what do you expect that I would brought my whole wardrobe? Beside I’m planning to get home tomorrow before we leave so that I could get some of my things.”

            “Forget about that, we will just buy them for sure Thailand also has those things.” Nichkhun run his eyes all over, and somehow she doesn’t like the way she looks at her , then she realize that she was wearing a night gown and the robe was the only thing that was covering her body. She quickly folds her arms across her chest. When Nichkhun move closer she tries to move back but his next action made her froze on her place, Nichkhun untie her hair and look at her once again, he makes sure that he didn’t miss any part of her. “Tomorrow my friend will be here and he will help you get prepare before we leave for Thailand.

            She was puzzled by his action and words, Nichkhun saw that look on her face. “ Don’t worry for sure he won’t change so much about you and I will make sure that he will not touch your hair I like that why.”

            “What the hell are you talking about?”

            “Tomorrow you’re not just an ordinary girl you use to be, tomorrow you will be my Fiancée and of course I want you to leave a good impression not just in front of my parent and in front of the people will see us together.

             Victoria was speechless with every word that came out from his mouth, why does she feel that this is going to be very hard on her part. She just looks at him asking for more explanation.

            Nichkhun look at her in those big bunny eyes that he thinks is too cute. “Tomorrow you belong to me. Keep that on your mind soon to be Mrs. Nichkhun Buck Horvejkul” he said and planted kiss on her lips without her willingness and leave her alone stone dead.
