Foreword

quivered as she felt the piece of metal in her hands. It was small and light but still felt like it weighed 20 pounds. She could easily tell it was designed with a lot of thought put into it and that it wasn't a normal gun.
It's a gun she thought to herself. I'm holding a gun
She turned the weapon over, looking at the back as if she expected it to be any different. But it was the same as the front and as any other gun. It was deadly and dangerous. And she was holding it in her hands.
What am I doing?she thought. This is wrong, he wouldn't have wanted this.
But is he here?
A voice questioned.
No he isnt
And who's fault do you think that is?
Not yours that's for certain.

And just like that, she found herself walking into the building. Gun in her pocket, she walked in casually, as if she was any other person. She spotted him in the distance, sitting at a booth eating his food and talking to someone in front of him. She couldn't see who, but she really didn't care.

"Care for a table miss?" a waitress asked with a smile plastered on her face.
Why do people bother smiling when it's not even sincere she wondered.
Before she knew it she was following the "happy" waitress who led her to an empty table in perfect view of him.
She spent the next hour and a half eating food she couldn't taste, ordering things she's never heard of before and probably couldn't afford. But it didn't matter to her, all that mattered was him. She watched him the whole time, her eyes never leaving the back of his head. Until finally, he stood up. Placing a few bills on the table he left the restaurant with someone else following after him.
She wasn't sure who it was but she didn't care either. She placed a few bills on the table as well and made her way after him.
Worried she would've lost him, she left the restaurant in a hurry. But there he was, down the street with whoever it was that was with him in the restaurant.
She slipped her hands back into her pockets and followed him at a steady pace.
The two seemed to be talking and taking their time. The other person looked a lot younger even her daughter's age maybe.

Maybe it's his son the voice responded. She shook her head, hoping the thought would go away. No, she was determined. Nothing was going to change her mind.
They turned a corner and she noticed they were heading towards the parking lot.
Perfect
She followed them silently and noticed that the place was empty. No cameras or people, only two other cars were parked there and one of them had to be his.
"Ahjussi" she called out and in that moment that it took for him to turn around. In those few seconds, she had already pulled the trigger and she could feel the bullet racing out of the gun and towards his head. She could feel his eyes, their eyes, on her as the bullet made its way towards him, ending his life and changing Jiyong's life forever.
