Living in paradise is not always what it seems. For the citizens of Perfect Seoul life can easily be changed for the worse within a instant. The city is controlled by the government and those who publically speak out will suffer consquences. Although, despite all the rumors about the city the one that is always talked about is that the government is controlled by the supernatural. Those who know Perfect Seoul's truth flee to the outskirts of town. The Outskirts is a small rundown town built by the people that have managed to escape the city and the control of the government. Despite the desolate looking town outside of the city walls everyone who lives in the Outskirts seems to live happier than the one’s inside the city.

Will the wall seperating the two be destroyed? Will the two ever coexist again?
