"Oh really? It has been a while hasn't it?"

"Yeah, what was the last drama that you starred in, yong hwa?"

"Well, it's my friends most important event right?"

When I looked at min hyuk I remembered my past self when I got excited from starring in a drama. I couldn't sleep and couldn't wait to see the other cast members and couldn't wait to get my script. I was like a little kid back then. But ironically I became quite nervous when I saw the tall building that I'm supposed to enter to meet the director. As I entered I saw a back figure of a young woman. Probably around my age? But she gives a lot of charismatic vibe. The first impression that I had when I looked at her back, was that she must be an amazing person.

"Anyong seoo!!! So you're going to be my co-star? Gem samida!  My name's park shin hye!"

"Hello… this is my first time being in a drama"

"oh how cute!! Then call me shin hye noona :3"

"Shin hye… noona?"

"Awww how adorable!!"

"Shin hye, we need to see the director. Here you'll see the other actors and staff"

"But I'm meeting one right now!"

"Oh, I'm really sorry I didn't notice you just now"

"Really… where are your manners?? Hahaha anyways, this is my manager kim seo hun. And um… this is… "

"Yong hwa. Jung yong hwa. Pleased to make your acquaintance."

"Jung yong hwa? Where have I heard that name before…"

"Oh now I remember! You guys made a debut in japan right?"

"hey now, why are you so quiet?"

"no, no… I don't mind at all."

As we go along the corridor, shinhye talked to me enthusiastically. And slowly I became comfortable around her. She was very kind and understanding back then. She would tell me stories of her past dramas with different kind of actors, directors, and staffs. And we arrived in front of the directors door I can feel my pulse rate increasing. And I wasn't really sure what the cause was. But I can hardly move back then. Shinhye took a quick glance at me, and then slapped my back.

"Hey, you were quiet before, so I didn't think that you can be any quieter. Just relax; "directors" are usually for show. In reality, they love to have fun too."

I looked at shinhye in disbelief. And then she took a deep breath and said to me

"Well, they have to do their job too you know. I mean that’s what they do for a living. But they're not scary at all. Or… is our little yong ssi is scared of big grown up adults?"

Without thinking then I just slapped her head lightly while laughing. And then she laughed too. And that unpleasant feeling I had before disappeared. It was as if it was lifted up from me. I was impressed with her strong and reliable personality. There are not many girls that I know, could calm me down this quickly.

That was how I first met shinhye. And I can hardly believe that 2 years have passed since then. And now here I am standing in front of a door with a sign "director". I knocked and asked permission to go in. The Director greeted me cheerfully. He seems to look forward to work with me. I received my script and read my role. I am going to be lee shin. A university student. Going back to youth times, I see. As I go through my script I realize that the girl heroine had awfully similar personalities with shinhye. She is a very kind, cheerful and hardworking character. Can be very impatient at times, but very professional when it comes to school work. And to my surprise another actor entered the room. She had a strong, yet calm voice. I recognize this voice very well, and when I turned around I can see her. That very woman who owns that cheerful smile, that is still vivid in my mind. Park Shinhye.
