Description
Let's face it-- who watches the news at noon? No one important, that's who. It's downright the lowest rated news program on the SM News Network. That's why when evening news head-anchor Kris Wu prematurely and incorrectly reports the death of the President of the United States, he's immediately demoted from the life of fame and glamour to a program only watched in one retirement home in the whole city! And the difference from the hard-hitting journalism he's used to is apparent from the moment he steps foot in the producer's janitor's-closet-turned-office. After that whiskey-scented meeting he's introduced to a co-anchor with stalker tendencies, a weatherman who's more interested in his nails than reporting, a sportscaster with the energy of a five-year-old, a traffic-copter pilot who attempts to run cars off the road, the most unorthodox physician in the business, a desperately lonely reporter, two unprofessional camera man, and an angry intern plotting the murders of all of the above!
Now Kris has to make the best of his lot in life, but can he really survive the news that no one watches?

Hihihi! TeenIdle here with my third fic! This was an idea Kpoppunks and I had a while back and she just didn't have the time to fit writing it into her schedule. I had some awesome ideas of my own for both the format and the characterization so she told me to go for it. Breaking News at Noon O'Clock will be presented in somewhat of a drabble format. There won't be a running narrative or a central character, or even a set chapter length. It's just slices of the lives of this crazy studio and their newscasts that no one watches! Show their stories lots of love okay ✩✩✩!! Though there are many of the same characters from the MTIAPS, this is a completely separate universe so anything goes ✩✩✩!!
