As though something squeezing my heart, that clenched feel..


 

Eommeoni arranged for us to meet, “Eomma, I am really busy these days.” I declined her for already three times.

“Kyung Soo ah, just this once. Tomorrow. Alright? Meet her at least once?” Eommeoni said.

“Okay, where are we meeting at?” I gave in and Eommeoni told me the place to meet.

That restaurant used to be my favorite hangout place, I love the spaghetti there.

 

 

The next day, I left the dorm early in the morning.

“Hyung, jigeum eodikayo?” SeHun asked while he spotted me going out.

He sounded sleepy though, so cute.

 

 

“I will be out for now, probably back by afternoon and will join you guys on time, don't worry.” I said and then left.

I reached the restaurant on time, wondering how does the girl looks like?

“KyungSoo ssi?” she approached me and asked.

“Are you...” I asked and she nodded.

We went to a quieter corner and sat down.

 

 

“Hi Sir, Lady, may I take your orders please?” the Waiter came by.

“Oppa~” she came to me with a bowl of macaroni and had me to try out her cooking.

We love cooking together, it improves our bond and at the same time, we get to enjoy good food as well.
 

 

 

She placed her order and I did so as well, had our drinks here in front of us, she remains quiet.


 

 

10th seconds...

I hugged her from the back, she smiled and turned to look at me, “Oppa, sing me a song.” She asked.

I smiled and sang "Angel" for her, she loves hearing me singing for her.


 

 

15th seconds...

“Mianhae.. Due to..” I couldn't bring myself to continue.

She is now in pain, her dog died and she hope that I could be by her side but..

“Gwaenchana..” She hang up the call.


 

 

I looked at her fidgetting, “Are you nervous?” I asked.

She nodded.

“Please don't. We are the same age aren't we? Let's talk comfortably alright?” I asked.

She smiled and nodded.

We chatted more about what we like to do when we are free and she has a really special hobby.


 

 

 

20th seconds...

She loves butterflies and so she goes to the nature park often.

She brought me together with her to her usual butterfly photo-taking location and she told me amazing things about butterflies.

“Oppa, do you know that butterflies don't dream?” She said.

“They just fly around beautifully and then not dream about being anything. Probably they already is born perfect, don't you think so?” she said and managed to capture a picture of a butterfly.


 

 

Our food is served and we started eating.

She got some sauce slightly on her face and so I took a tissue for her.

“Komawo.” She said.

I smiled.


 

 

 

30th seconds...

2 years later, I bought a house for us.

But we will only meet there when we both have the time.

Both of us are busy and we got lesser and lesser time to meet.


 

 

“What do you think about kpop stars like me?” I asked.

She thought about it and then replied, “Definitely not like a butterfly.” She said.

“But yet really similar to it.” she added.


 

 

 

40th seconds...

“KyungSoo, shall we meet up?” she called.

“Why not? Let's catch a movie together, how about that?” I said.

We once again met up after not seeing each other for half a year.

I wonder will our relationship be affected..


 

 

 

45th seconds..

She gave me a kiss when we met up, I smiled and we kissed passionately.

That lasted for quite long and it got pretty dangerous..

I looked at her, “Let's wait till we get married.” I said.

“Come on, we shouldn't be late for the movie.” I held her hand and we enjoyed the movie.

Before I send her back home, “Saranghaeyo.” I said.

“I may be a butterfly with wings and looks good on stage but, would you like to consider me as a good husband?” I asked as I kneel down on one knee and had a ring in my hand.

She smiled and nodded.

I inserted the ring into her finger and..

“Jakiya~ I am going out.” She said and got all her camera equipments ready to capture more pictures of butterflies.

 

 

Sometimes I wonder, am I really a butterfly or is she the one?
