I know you. I’ve definitely seen you before. In fact, I actually looked you in the eye once or twice. A minute. Everyday. For a few years. I remember how they looked. Your eyes always used to me in, pulling me deeper and deeper as they sparkled with life.

 I’m pretty sure my eyes sparkled then, too. But that was then. Not anymore. Not after you destroyed me. After you threw me away like a broken toy. Now if you looked in my eyes, all you’d see is dull darkness, threatening to overtake me with every move I make. Every day, your smile promised me a lifetime of friendship. You said we would always be together, no matter what.

 And then. You bailed out. You deleted all of our pictures, removed all of my videos. You even managed to delete my text history with you when I wasn’t looking. Then, you left me, with barely a trace, but for an occasional cold nod at school.

 What I don’t understand is why you did it, though. Am I not good enough anymore? Were you just using me all along? Or is it something else? Someone else? Why did you leave me?

 All I know is, if I don’t figure this mess out soon, I’m going to go down in flames, and if I can’t have you, I’ll end up taking you with me too.
