"A happy picture of unhappy people" 

The Gathering.

I should say it's the activity of these close friends in metropolitan city. Like Seoul, for example. 

There are three close friends since high-school here. Each of them has story to tell. Three close friends, BoA, Tiffany and Yunho are adults in their early 30s, the era when people have already had everything including financial stability. 

BoA is a successful career woman  whose marriage is in the verge of collapse and she knows that the only way to save her marriage is by giving her husband a child. She even takes fertile pills every single day though till now it doesn't produce any results. 

Yunho is known as a perfect man whose job is architect. He's tall, handsome, caring and successful man. But, one thing that disturbs him is him being gay and attracted to someone he sees often at the fitness club(Siwon). He thinks that by going to psychiatrist could make him straight and able to deceive his parents and friends. Things are going to be even more difficult when he knew that his cousin(Yeonhee) is coming to his house soon.

Tiffany is a socialite or i should say a busy housewife in upscale social events. Tiffany thought that being a socialite could make her happy. She even tries to avenge her cheating husband by cheating with younger man. 

They always come together in a social gathering. In this place all trying to forget their problems and pretend to be happy.

P.S. : For some of you who have watched Arisan/The Gathering movie might have known from the start that i am inspired by this movie. It's one of my favorite movies of all time. Well, most of all, enjoy the fictions!
