Foreword

Kangin tapped the empty paper cup on the steel table and wandered his eyes around the busy airport. Many people carried their luggage to the check-in counters and handed in their tickets and passports. Oh, how he wished he could do the same.

He looked at the magnificent brunette in front of him, who was sipping his iced chocolate with silence that equaled to Kangin's. He looked up from his drink and looked at Kangin who sported a very depressed look. Leeteuk reached over the table and linked their hands together.

"Hey," He said softly and the blonde looked at him. Leeteuk's heart wrenched at the sad look in his eyes. The brunette was more used to seeing the blonde in a happy state, "I'm not leaving to another planet you know," Leeteuk said, smiling to make his joke effective.

Kangin sighed, "But you're still leaving," Leeteuk had nothing to say to that. Even he wished that he didn't have to leave, but his paintings called for him and the white villa in Ibiza was the only perfect place for him to continue his work. However, looking at the sad blonde in front of him, Leeteuk wondered whether leaving was really that important.

Kangin crumpled the paper cup in his hand. Damn he was feeling horrible. He knew that Leeteuk had to eventually leave for the island, but he hadn't expected it to be this heartbreaking. Even though they had only met up two times - ending up in bed each time- every single moment spent with the other was precious to Kangin.

Leeteuk sighed but couldn’t come up with anything to talk about. The atmosphere was heavy between them and it didn't feel right to just talk about something random. While he was thinking, his eyes shifted to the screen. His flight just landed into the airport and the check in signal appeared.

"I have to go now," Leeteuk said and Kangin felt like crying. Like literally weep out and let tears roll down his cheeks. The brunette stood up from the chair and grabbed his suitcase. Kangin followed the brunette as he checked into his flight at the counter.

"Please head to the door to your right," The woman at the counter said in a cheerful voice. Leeteuk walked over to the sliding glass doors and showed his ticket and passport to the security guard. Before he went through, he turned around and smiled his cute dimple smile at Kangin, who stood away from the door.

Kangin forced a smile and waved at him. Leeteuk waved back and quickly turned around to walk in. Kangin waited until the brunette's form disappeared from his view to turn around and head towards the exit. He wiped the tears in his eyes and cursed himself for being weak.

Unknown to him, the brunette had burst into silent sobs on the other side as well.
