Flashing lights, vivid memories…everything so fresh was imprinted in my Brain, over and over again those exact same scenes will play in my head as if it’s on repeat. His low chuckle which never fails to send chills down my spine, as I sat there knowing what was about to come. They warn me that it’s bad for me; they tell me the same sentences every single time it’s becoming a normal routine for me to shut them off and escape into my own world.

‘Move on,’ those two words would spill out of their mouths almost as if they were programmed to nag me with that every single time, it was getting tedious. Faking smiles, letting out shallow laughter out of my mouth was painful, but they all knew…they all knew how broken I was inside.
