They gave you a name, Eun Mi [not your real name]. You don’t remember what happened before you were in this weird building. They brainwashed your mind. You don’t remember your parents, your birthday, your childhood, or your past. You were forced to join the Top Secret Facility in Korea, that’s called Woollim. It’s a facility where humans with special abilities ( Inspirits ) gather and hunt down witches that is harming the human race. Your special ability is that you can control objects and move them, or even destroy them. With the help of some of the people you just met, you have to kill all witches alive. Your contract? Until you breathe your last breath.

Inspirits

They possess special abilities, which is divided into two, powers and weapons. Those who are dependent on powers are usually of the higher levels. However, these powers takes up the energy of the user, thus they cannot use it continuously for a long time.

Those who are dependent on weapons are usually looked down upon as they were not born with powers. The weapons are fabrications of the powers and the weapons can be only used by their owner. Anyone who touches their weapon might overcome pain or energy drainage.

Witches

Witches can be ranked from 1 to 4. Level 1 is the lowest rank, which means that they are newly born witches. Inspirits can distinguish the witch’s level by their crystal gem their wearing. If the crystal glow is strong and turns black, it means that the witch is of higher difficulty. The differences between Inpirits and Witches are that the witch’s powers are not everlasting, thus they hunt humans and take their souls to regenerate their own powers. When witches are killed, they leave behind a gem.

Woollim

A secret facility that trains humans with these special abilities which will become potential Inspirits. These humans are brainwashed so that they won’t remember their family members or friends, thus losing any contact with them. These humans are known to be ‘Missing’ or ‘Dead’. They are given new names from the facility and are not obliged to go out of the facility unless instructed to.

I woke up from a slumber. it wasn’t the same slumber I usually had, it was different. I felt no worries, no pain. ‘Where am I?’ I looked around the unfamiliar surroundings, I was lying on a white single bed, which I hardly remembered sleeping on it, and the room was quite big for a person to be living in.

‘So you’re finally awake!’ A men with orange coloured hair appeared on the television screen , which was definitely creepy because of his eye smile. ‘ Let me introduce myself, I’m Sunggyu, in charge of Dorm A. You have just joined Woollim and your new name is Eun Mi, further information will be told later. Firstly, please do change into your new uniform in the cupboard at your left and proceed to the lobby, I will be waiting for you there. Annyeong~ ‘
