Han Eunhee finds out that her one and only love, Jung Daehyun, have pancreatic cancer.  The only way for it to be cured, however, is to get surgery done but that chance of him surviving is very slim.  He doesn't want that though.  The only thing he wants is to spend the rest of his short life wither her, the only person he have left in this world.
