This is a world where mermaids and merman still exist.
Each mermaid and merman has their own special powers which are limited to 3 . But only the royals have more than 3 powers .
There are 3 rankings in the Underwater realm . 1st rank - Well-off , 2nd rank - Average , 3rd rank - poor . Mermaids and merman live the life like humans and only turn their legs into tails whenever there is a special ceremony . Royals can only marry someone of royal blood.
But what happens when the princess from one of the great kingdoms fall in love with a merman who is in the 2nd rank ? Will they give up their love or brave through every obstacles to be together ?

Princess of the Park Kingdom which is also known as the one of the most powerful kingdom in the Underwater Realm .
She's a happy-go-lucky girl and would do anything to help her friends .

Her true identity is unknown to everyone else except for her two best friends , Choi Sulli , Choi Sooyoung (They are princesses/sisters and from the other kingdom , Choi Kingdom) and her family .
She attends Emipre High and is a Queenka . An adorable one at that . Always kind , helpful , bubbly and cheerful , few of the reasons why she is a Queenka in Empire High .
She has only 2 powers which is kept a secret as her full potential has yet to be seen which puzzles the King & Queen : Healing and Music .
Byun Baekhyun

An adopted child .
Attends Empire High too and is a Kingka along with his friends , EXO-K but is in the 2nd rank category .
Despite always being an optimistic guy who can be smart and charming , he is also caring and helpful .
With his stunning smiles , which girl can resist this Kingka ? Although he is always playful , he spares a thought for everyone . Perfect guy isn't he ?
He has 2 powers only as he is from the 2nd rank : Light and Music .
Choi Sooyoung

Chorong's best friend , Choi Sulli's older sister and the 1st princess of Choi Kingdom
She has 5 powers : Air , Light , Hypnotism , Defence and Water .

Age : 17
Chorong's best friend , younger sister of Choi Sooyoung and 2nd Princess of Choi Kingdom .
The smartest student in all kingdoms of the Underwater Realm . She exceeds the education requirements of a 17 year old student and therefore , she is studying in the same year as her sister which did not deter her from claiming the top place every year .
She has 5 powers : Invisibility , Air , Snow , Thunder , Earth .
