If you ever come back

Description

After managing to put up with her father's harassment, she saved all the money she needed to run away, not to survive for a long time, but to at least run. Once she got somewhere far away she would just look for a job or just sing for a living. Sing on the street, in the subway, work her off, but just run away and be on her own without anyone she knew. She needed to be alone so she could find herself. Loneliness was sometimes needed to define one's personality and for her as well. Once she stepped in that airport, she knew, legal as she was, that no one could hold her back.

Or maybe...?

But what happens when love comes barging in your life and you can't think straight, you realize you can't find yourself without the other by your side and what happens when that person is one of the most famous idols in his country? Problems pilling up on their way immediately.

Enjoy the story of the little artist searhing for herself and finding love.

Foreword

It's crowded like today, dammit.  she cursed as he ran into the airport and looked for the check in desk, looking behind her and  seeing nothing because of the crowds. What was going on anyway? She left her baggages there and ran up the stairs looking down to see a large van stopping and everyone starte shouting. She was happy she wasn't there anymore, but then a familiar figure appeared and started yelling at her.

"COME BACK HERE! COME HOME THIS INSTANT, YOU WILL NEVER ESCAPE! " her father shouted as she started running as fast as she could , pulling her hood over her head and making her way through the crowds.

Dammit, move it people, move it!

She could hear everyone screaming almost the same names and EXO continously. after she managed to pass the security check, she sighed relieved and went to the waiting room hoping her father would pass by. It would be horrible if he did. She waited a couple of minutes, sitting by the window and sighed, with her earphones on and a sad look on her face. She was supposed to be free after that, but a bitter feeling took over her so easily, yet painfully.

She blinked as she got up and went to buy herself a coffee, knowing the way from LA to Seoul might take a long while. She was on her way when she heard the loud screams and as she waited for the coffee, with her hand in her pockets she saw a group 12 good looking asians passing in the waiting room as well, followed by other as well. Probably koreans she thoughts as she took her coffee and went back to her seat,  seeing that one of them sat in her place, sighing softly. He approached him with a soft smile and nodded politely.

"Excuse me, I was sitting here, If you want to stay here with your friends, it's not a problem, I will move, but my backpack is leaned on the chair. If you are kind enough to give it to me." the boy looked really handsome, with his skin lightly tanned and well defined jawline. His eyes were nicely curved and his cute nose would rather be in contrast with his strong features. He looked at her and tilted his head now knowing exactly what she wanted and looked at the other seeing the inscriptions on one of the accesories. "EXO..."

She then realized they were the ones the other's were screaming for and she turned towards one of the tallest, who smiled and gave her the backpack.

"Here. Thank you. They don't really know English that well."

"Californian accent." she said and chuckled as she took her bag, looking at him again. Charming.

"Well guessed."

"So, was Korea a better option than America? I am risking all I have for this chance."   she said keeping the smile on her face.

The older looked at her and at her backpack, raising his eyebrow. "Running away?"

She just nodded and waited for an answer.

"It was. I am an idol now. Pretty tiring as you can see, but-" he was cut off by the dark-haired whom pulled on his sleeve a little asking him something in a language which sounded like Chinese. She looked at the one who took her seat and he immediately stood up and motioned his hand for me to sit down. She just waved my hand and nodded, reassuring him it was okay. Then she reached her hand out and talked slower and on a soft tone. "I am Kayleigh."

"Jongin or Kai." he said on a slightly deep voice, but she had to admit the other's voice was the deepest she heard until then.

"Nice to meet you."

"Sorry, my member was a little worried you were a lunatic fan, but aparently you haven't heard of us."

"Let's say...I am not into internet and tv and...yeah" she bit her lower lip, looking away for a moment, then smiling.

"Anyway. It is worth. If you need any help, call me." he said and pulled out his card as I looked over it and raised my eyebrow.

"I have a feeling I will see you give on every advertising board in Korea."

He just laughed and shrugged lightly turning to the group, slightly turning back just to say. "I am Wu YiFan, by the way. Or Kevin." he flashed a soft smile and she nodded. "Kayleigh.." she whispered as the speakers announced their flight and she walked towards the gate. Maybe they will meet again some day soon. Maybe not. Now she had to focus on her career and life.
