Lots of love, from me
Description
A diary of a young girl.
The only thing korean about Mun Hwa was her passport. It was not that she did not like being korean, it was just that she was never exposed to the korean culture. She knew her name was different, Mun Hwa. It meant culture. Her parents named her that so that she could atleast try to preserve the korean culture in her, despite living thousands of kilometers away.
Seeing how different she is, her parents decided that she would do her high school in Korea, Seoul High. Will she ever cope up in the new culture that she has been thrown into? Upon her arrival, she finds a penpal which seems a good idea for her as it helps her due to the culture shock she experiences. She does not disclose her identity and neither does he but for some strange reason she feels attracted to this faceless stranger. Does love really need a face?
Foreword
Dear Diary,
Or maybe I should start putting the effort into saying ilgijang (I used google translate. Many apologies if it is wrong. I don't know Korean so don't kill me.) This is horrible and scary. I have to go to Korea and I am freaking the HELL out! sigh...Oh well. I guess I really can't argue with my parents. The good thing is...well I really can't think of any good thing. But hopefully I will find something. fingers crossed?
Lots of love
from me.
