Main Characters

Kang Soojin, also known by her boy name Minjun, is Taejun's foreign cousin from USA who disguises as a boy to attend Genie High School. She was an American legend in track and field, but retired due to diagnosed with acute bronchitis. She can't force herself doing sports, yet she has to in order to treat the illness. Soojin likes to tease Taejun regarding Jaehee, but she loves her cousin and wants the best for him. Despite track and field, she can also do high jumping.

Min Hyunjae is Taejun's rival and also Soojin's crush. When is only rival stops high jumping, he decides to stick by Taejun's side and provoke him. He's an arrogant type of guy, but when he's around Soojin he softens and seems to be concerned for her health although he's doesn't fully show it. Hyunjae tries his best to avoid Soojin, but yet he feels a strong connection with her.

Other Characters

Kang Taejun is Soojin's cousin and a high jump athlete who holds the best record in the World Junior Championship. He's usually very quiet and has a poker face, but when he is with Soojin or Jaehee he becomes very kind and cheerful. Taejun notices how hardworking his cousin is to go back to track running, even though she has acute bronchitis. That leaves him in doubts about not doing high jumping.

Gu Jaehee is the new transfer student who also disguises herself as a boy in order to pursue Taejun to high jump again. She becomes close friends with Soojin, not only because they are both from USA but also because Soojin is the first one who find her real gender. Jaehee is very emotional and acts before thinking, but overall is cheerful and too pure.

Cha Eungyeol is a soccer player who is cheerful, active and a mood maker person. He's very sincere to his emotions, to the point he confessed to Jae Hee before revealing she's actually a girl.

Cameo Character in Episode 3

Evan Park is the current track and field champion in America, who comes to Seoul visit his old friend Soojin. He's a nice, caring and handsome man. Since he met Soojin, Evan has had an interest on her but he doesn't know if she feels the same. Until when he asks her, she answers that she already loves someone.
