Summary:Jun really wants his hot cocoa, enough to risk his own life.

It was a rather windy weather and Jun was craving for a hot cocoa drink. Since he only had a few spare change with him, he quickly searched for a vending machine. It didn’t take him long to find one since there were vending machines in every corner.

As he faced a colorful vending machine, Jun slipped his spare change in the thin holes, clicked a button for the hot cocoa, and waited. And waited. And waited.

Jun was starting to get impatient. The vending machine wasn’t interacting with him at all, and he really needed that hot cocoa. It’s already been three minute close to four, and that cocoa wasn’t coming.

Having no choice, Jun kicked the vending machine once, hoping that it would work; it didn’t. He kicked it again. And again. And again, until his foot was starting to throb.

“Alright,” Jun gritted his teeth as he grabbed both sides of the machine. “If you’re not going to work, I guess I’m going to have to shake you!” And Jun did just that, back and forth, until he heard the drinks inside of it rattling. As he continued to shake it, he finally heard a small thunk.

“Finally,” Jun breathed, “I can have--”

“Watch out!”

Jun’s head turned to the right in time to see a man oddly dressed in a double parka coming towards him. He ignored this and was ready to grab his drink when a shadow, much more massive than he was, overshadowed him. It was the vending machine, ready to squash him like a stupid bug.

He closed his eyes, too scared to move away. Who knew he would die just because of a hot cocoa?

“No...” Jun whimpered as he imagined the machine falling on him, “I don’t wanna die...”

“You... won’t...” Came a man’s voice from above him.

At that moment, he would have hugged the man, thanked him for saving his life, but his saviour looked like he was struggling. Jun, grateful towards the man, helped him push the machine back to its position. Once they had finished such laborious work, Jun turned around wanting to thank his saviour. However, instead of the man with a double parka, stood nothing but the invisible air.

Strangely, though, he had the urge to look at the sky. It was as if his saviour had flew beyond, into the sky, like a angel that came down to save him.
