June Solstice

Description

Since many of you requested for me to continue the Skytempo fic, I thought I would just go ahead and write another one-shot. This isn't going to be narrative like my previous fics, but it is going to be based from a point of view. So let me know what you think!

Foreword

It was 20 June 2012, my 21st birthday. It had been 3 years since I was forced to run away from home, and I felt extremely alone. I knew I was in danger, I was afraid I'd be engulfed by my thoughts. Every year on this day, I curled up into a ball, hoping that those memories would go away - that I wouldn't have to relive them. I fought hard on a daily basis .Somedays I would win, other days, I wasn't so lucky. But this year was special, I willed it to be. The Northern Solstice fell on my birthday, it felt like it was a sign - that everything would be better.
