Description

Sungyeol and Myungsoo are actors for the same theater, the rehearsal room of which is said to be haunted. They both work hard but for some reason, Myungsoo never seems to get any part in the plays they stage. In Sungyeol’s opinion, Myungsoo is a good actor but he keeps his mouth shut lest his part is taken away. Myungsoo doesn’t seem to mind anyway.

When Sungyeol tells Myungsoo that he can see a boy at the theater no one else can, he believes him. In fact, Myungsoo tells him that he can see him too and he even talked to him. The boy had told him that his name is Sungjong. Sungyeol asks if they should tell someone but Myungsoo thinks it is better to keep it to themselves.

One day, Myungsoo stops showing up at practices without notice and when Sungyeol asks around about him, he finds out a horrible truth—

“Director Sir, I was wondering if you knew why Kim Myungsoo had stopped coming to practices.”

The director looks at him as if he’s mad.

“What are you talking about? There’s no Kim Myungsoo in our team.”

Sungyeol’s eyes are fixed behind the director. Myungsoo is beckoning at him from the door.

Chapter 13: my heart aches for Sungjong! *cries*
i hope in the next life Sungyeol will finally love Sungjong first before Hoya or Myungsoo. the tragic part is how could that 228 yr old Sungyeol do that to innocent Jongie! i mean my Sungyeol is so cute and squishy...he can't do that! (denial stage)
this is so. .i can't put into words this masterpiece. and i like your style in writing! your added to my favorites now (which is not a big thing. haha but i just want you to know that i really liked this).

Chapter 13: Nooooooooo~!!!! Thats an evil ending!!! Aigoooooo, that story had me wrapped and twisted! Omgggggg, it was awesome! But also really really sad and slightly confusing, though I found my way back. One question though, actually two: Why did Sungyeol's reincarnated selves get haunted by Sungjong even though they weren't the orginal Sungyeol that hurt him? And what was Myungsoo's part in all this?

Anyway! Awesome story! Loved it! ~♥~

Chapter 13: The saddest part though is how Sungjong's soul will never rest in peace. His destiny is forever linked to Sungyeol, Hoya, Sunggyu and Myungsoo and there's no escape for all five of them either. This is definitely a mystery/supernatural/tragedy story at it's finest and I truly can't ask for more! You never seize to amaze me with every new story!

Chapter 13: For all i know, this could have been made into a movie! I think this might be one of my faves from you to date :D I didn't think I would enjoy that much when I realized it was only side Myungjong lol But I was into how intricately you've weaved this story. And honestly, the pairings didn't matter that much, this would have been an amazing story either way. Hopefully I don't miss out anything that crossed my mind throughout the story while I write this :P That's why I never write comments chapter by chapter because your stories always flow so well, always picking up immediately where you left off (usually with cliffhangers) in between chapters. I'm kinda glad that this has been completed or else I'll have to anxiously anticipate your updates to explain Sungjong's brilliant riddles (which you have so geniously came up with) or unveil yet another flashback. I do have to pat myself on the back for comprehending that "heaven or hell" riddle before you explained it! But I did wreck my brains out to do that lol I guess if I had been in Sungyeol's shoes, I'd be way too nervous to think of a solution... I guess it didn't matter after all whether Sungyeol got the right answers, he was bound to living hell for eternity. I especially enjoyed your little quotes at the beginning of each chapter, they really are a work of art in itself and speaks volumes for the moral of the story. I wonder if for every life Sungyeol has lived since that faithful event, he had been haunted by Sungjong... I can't say if present day Sungyeol deserves this ending, after all, it's not exactly him who has committed those horrible crimes against Sungjong. Nonetheless, I loved how you ended the story, with Sunggyu trying to poison him, the necklace finding his way back to his neck, Myungsoo with that birthmark etc. There is absolutely no escape for Sungyeol, he'll have to live life knowing that he'll be haunted in this life and in those following it and that he'll never be forgiven.
