Hi everyone,

Wow, it's been almost nine years since I first wrote this story. I'm grateful that until today, some of you still message me about it. Hence I've decided to leave it open, flaws and all, because it's still one of the fictions that defined my time here on Asianfanfics. I hope you'll still enjoy it, despite its many flaws.

So, update about me: I graduated from high school, my mom passed away, then I got a boyfriend, graduated from college, moved out of home, and now I'm working in the corporate world. So many things have changed in nine years. I hardly think I am the same person I was nine years ago. 

One thing hasn't changed about me, though - my love for writing.

During the pandemic, I found myself coming back to AFF. I thought it was a part of me that I had already left behind, but the truth is, it's still such a big part of who I am. I am a writer, even if just an online one. Doing this makes me happy and makes me feel whole. And I also really miss the community, the spirit - everything, about this site. So I am officially, officially back, ready to write for you again in full motion.

So, I recently went back to writing about SMTOWN. As "The Jade Princess" was the story I felt defined my 2010s, I want to write another story that defines me in the 2020s. I'm currently working on a (hopefully) 100-chaptered long fiction about the entertainment industry, called "strange bedfellows". 

Understandably, the pairings might be very different from the ones I used to write about, but this story is my attempt at showing a new side to myself. It explores the ups and downs of a long-term relationship (many long-term relationships) at the heart of the cutthroat entertainment industry. There's fluff, angst,
