That woman watched as a tough man walked the bride down aisle. In front of the aisle, there was someone who was standing proud, sometimes his eyes narrowed at her. Eyes full of hurt, begging for someone who can make them run from that church.

“That’s okay. Continue.” For a moment, his wife’s lips let out some words.

However, he failed to notice that his wife’s eyes were teary. The new bride had come. He must fetch the bride then let out the vow he ever mouthed before. With the same church, same priest, same situation, but different bride. He closed his eyes and tried so hard to resist the bad feeling.

His heart jerked a little at the sudden notice. He did not feel even a tiny warmth when he took the bride’s hand. It was very different from the first wedding. He was sure, back then, six years ago. With the same situation, he felt warmth that had filled his body.

Even his mouth was shaking when he vowed in front of the priest. He did not want this to happen. He did not want the woman in front of him became his second wife. He loved his wife, forever. Everyone knew it. However, they still forced him to get married once again.

‘It’s okay…’ the wife clutched her dress tightly as the priest announced the couple in front of the aisle blessed as a husband and a wife. It was hurt. If only she could give him a baby, maybe the second wedding of her husband would never come. ‘I’m sorry…’

Neither did of them get to see the small smile of sadness that their heart made.
