Come Back Home   Lee Jieun hummed softly as her feet padded gently all around her room. She was quite preoccupied—after all, the day was an important one.   They didn’t have an official anniversary date; not that they would have celebrated it otherwise. So, she decided for herself that it would have to be December 8th. No other date would suffice. It was only the eighth of the last month in the year that held memories that she held so dearly onto.   After much consideration, Jieun picked out the fanciest dress that she had in her wardrobe and held it against her body as she checked her appearance in the mirror. The figure in the reflection was simply stunning. Her pale, white skin contrasted the dress’s rich shade of red. A small smile graced the corners of her lips as she looked at herself in satisfaction. “He’ll love it,” she uttered, her tone joyous.   Upon putting the attire on her, she sat in front of her dresser and began applying a light layer of make up on her face.
