Seohyun was very sickly so she felt lonely because people feared that they might catch whatever illness or disease Seohyun currently had or they do something that would cause Seohyun to another hospitalization or death.  Things changed when she met Yesung.  Finally, there was someone who isn't afraid to be with her.
