“So min ah” Juri called her

“So min ah, what are you looking at?” She moves closer to So min. She then noticed the reason why she was acting like a statue

“Is that Kim Hyun joong?” she asked her again but she still didn’t answer “I’m sure it’s Kim Hyun joong, but wait, wait, am I seeing it right? She’s with another girl? Who is that girl?”

Before she could move towards them So min pulled her away

“Juri, lets go, we have business to do”

“but, but”

So min glare at her intensely, she can’t do anything but to obey her boss/bestfriend. She followed her onto the elevator. They didn’t talk.

So min, like her secretary/bestfriend, wonders about the scene earlier. If only she’s not busy she will probably confronted them.

‘Why? Why are they together?’

So min was back to her senses when she saw a hand waving in front of her face. She simply nods her head and enters the conference room. Juri followed her. They greeted the President and all the board of Directors.

After cleaning her mind she started her presentation.

So min was the owner of one of the famous café in Korea. She had several branches but she want to spread it across Europe. In order to it, she needs a huge fund. She made a proposal to the head of JP group of companies to support her.

After three hours of discussion the meeting finally ended. She went straight to the president’s private room, Mr. Park Soo jin her Uncle.

“You are amazing So min ah”

She blush as she heard her Uncle’s compliment

“Thank you aboji”

“You know that I will help you even if you didn’t make this proposal, but I’m glad you did it. I can proudly say that I have a wonderful and intelligent niece”

She try hard to smile but seems like his “aboji” caught her weariness

“Is there something that bother’s you So min ah?” her uncle ask worriedly

“Ah? No, no, what are you talking about aboji, I’m perfectly fine, haha” and she laugh trying to lighten up the mood but she can’t deceived her uncle

“You’re a lousy liar So min ah, any problem with Kim Hyun joong?”

So min can’t speak up. She can’t hide the pain in her eyes but she didn’t want anyone to see her tears

“aboji, don’t worry much, it’s only a misunderstanding. We’re gonna sort this out besides, HE can’t live without me”

“You really believe that?” her uncle teases her faith towards Hyun joong

“Of course!” 

They both laugh hard. But deep inside So min’s heart was filled with anxiety.

‘Does he really can’t live without me?’

After the small chat with her uncle So min depart immediately. She prepares all the documents needed so they can start building her next branch on London. At the elevator, her mind was filled with the scene earlier.

‘I’m pretty sure its Shin hye, she looks more beautiful than the pictures on magazine, I wonder how she is? I wish I’ve been able to talk to her’

Instead of wondering why Shin hye and Hyun joong are together. She is more curious about her beloved cousin. Besides, it’s not a big deal for her even if they had a sour past. She has faith on Hyun joong and it is more than enough.

Remembering what had happened on the past, make her bit her lips.

‘I really need my bestfriend right now, where are you Hyun joong?’

She was still in her own world when she accidentally bumped someone as she step outside the elevator

“ouch” they both said

“gwenchanaya?” they both said again

“I’m fine” they said again, for the third time in unison.

They both laugh

“I’m sorry” So min said shyly

“No problem, just make sure not to say the same words” he smile widely showing his perfect teeth

He looked at her suspiciously. He felt that he knows this girl. So min felt awkward and left the guy behind. But before she could leave, the guy shouted something that makes her stopped

“HUG ME!” He said loudly, enough to turn everybody’s head.

So min startled and went back. She locked his mouth using her two palms.

“Yah, what’s with you?” So min was complaining by his sudden action. She slowly pulled back her hands and looked at him fierce fully

“You’re the Free hug girl, right?” he

“YOU!” So min point a finger to him as she realized who he was

“You’re really cute, I hope to see you next time Hug Me”

He shoved So min’s hair and walked away

So min was left dumbfounded. She couldn’t believe that they will meet again, after what had happened yesterday. She thought that yesterday’s game was finished. She never thought that something more catastrophic will come on her way, on their way.
