What if I dared to dream? Would I get lost in a fake world, unable to return to reality? 

Everytime you thought of him your heart would beat at least 50 beats more than what it ought to. The only thing that ever keeps your mind from the never ending days, is his image. Working in the same company as him was hard at first and it took a while for you to adjust. You're not paid much and you hardly ever get to see him. When you first arrived you had no idea who he was... But when you saw him with his friends or SHINee as they're known by others.... He made you stop, leterally stop. Your feet wouldn't move, you were stuck in a trance.... You're perfectly aware however that he doesn't even know of your existance... Even though you work so hard and so close to him, he'll never see you. That doesn't stop you from dreaming though. Lee Jin Ki, otherwise known as Onew... His kind face and nature shone through his awkward outer exterior and unlocked the chains that were knotted and looped around your chest and then broke through the barricaded walls you had built around your heart.

 

Your first job with SHINee is today.... You're nervous but you're also very excited. Your job is to make sure they're all happy and healthy before the live performance. Your job isn't that big but you've got to start somewhere right?

The guys greeted me casually as they're used to a lot of changing staff and this really didn't bother them. You started by offering them drinks. Key declined and told me he had his own, Jjong took a bottle of cold water, Taemin took one and Minho smiled as he reached out for his. You walked over to the leader but stumbled over something, landing on Onew with the open bottle of water open, it spilt all over his new outfit. 

You: Omo! I'm so sorry~! Let me clean it up. *You get a cloth and start to dry his clothes*

Onew: *takes your hand that's wiping his clothes* Aniyo, it's fine. These aren't my stage clothes.... There's no need to worry.

You: But but but my job is to keep you happy.

Key and Minho were in hysterics at the fact Onew was drenched in water. Taemin was busy playing a game on his laptop.

Onew: Are you alright?

You: Me?!

Onew: Neh...

You: I'm fine... I'm so sorry about all this. Please don't fire me, I need the money *you bow*

Onew: *laughs* I'm not going to fire you so there's no need to act this way. Just try and be careful next time arasso?

You: Neh! I'll not make any more mistakes!

Later that day you try again to help out by asking if they need food or anything else of the sort. They all ordered different things. You have a bad memory which makes it hard but you thought you did pretty well. When you returned you handed out the food and last was Onew. He bit into the sandwhich and coughed.

You: Is it not good?

Onew: What's on this?

You: Tuna...?

Onew: I asked for chicken.... I can't stand tuna.

You: Omo! I'm so sorry! Please I know I *walking closer* can do better I just *trip up again and land straight on Onew*

Onew: You're not very good at this are you....?

You: *really upset with yourself* I'm sorry... I'll show myself out. I know I'm too clumsy for this. 

Onew: Why are you leaving?

You: Because I just cause trouble, but don't worry I'll make sure they send a replacement.

Onew: I don't really want a replacement though.... I specifically asked for you.

You: You did? *suprised*

Onew: Neh.... To be honest I've seen you around a lot, always looking lost and always tripping over.... I don't really ever get the chance to talk to many people seeing as though I'm so busy so I asked if you could be sent here to work with us.... If you leave then it was all for nothing.

You: You.... You wanted me to be here?

Key: *laughs* Hyung is always looking around for the little staff member with the brown hair and brown eyes, always being clumsy.

Taemin: it's true! Whenever we're not in our part of the building, he's looking out for you.

You: *blush*

Onew: Aish, why don't you just go ahead and tell her everything *a little annoyed*

Taemin: Neh~! Hyung was going to ask you out on a date today *smiles*

Onew: *facepalm* Taemin-ah.... Have you ever heard of the word sarcasm?

Taemin: Hmmm...? ....Oh! Omo~! Hyung *puts his hands over his mouth*

Minho: *laughs* Well it looks like it's a bit too late... *takes the guys out and leaves you and Onew alone in the waiting room*

Onew: Sorry about all this.... I've been trying to talk to you for ages and I've just not had the chance. I hope you don't think of me as being to forward....

You: Aniyo, not a all. To tell you the truth... I've always wanted to talk to you too. Ever since I saw you on my first day... I don't know if you remember but I tripped over the mat and you caught me.... *blush* I'm so clumsy but whenever I fall you're always there to catch me....

Onew: *smiles and looks down at the ground* Well, what if I was around more to catch you?

You: Then I think I'd be happy....

Onew: *smiles* Then maybe tomorrow night would you want to go out for dinner?....

You: *look up in suprise* Omo! You mean it?

Onew: *nods*
