They had never really felt so alive. It was like when they first debuted. The electrifying jolts of excitement that seemed to course their bodies at a voluminous speed; the rushing volts that passed them were enough to make them weak in the knees, and it didn't help that they were on a slippery stage, wearing three inch heels. Their skins were streaked with sweat, but nevertheless were still gorgeous in their own natural ways, leading from the maknae all the way up to their trusty leader. They shone with delight, elation, and jubilance, grinning and waving excitedly as they waited for the crowd to die down -- not that that would be anytime soon.

Their chests heaved up and down, and if you had orchestra seats, you could see their shaking legs if you peered close enough; if you studied their facial features, there were already tears b at the corners of their eyes. It was surreal to them; impossible to believe. They weren't just at the peak of their debut anymore.. they were at the peak of their careers. They their lips with anticipation, hearing the Superiors quiet down in the crowd, their cheering diminishing to the occassional whoop.

Anna was the first to speak, her voice already coarse. "Five years," she whispered, whimpering almost as she laughed breathlessly into her microphone. "It's been five amazing years with the girls and with you Superiors. I.. Thank you.. each and every one of you," she whispered quietly.
Haebyeol waved to a few select fans before readjusting her head mic. "To the Superiors, thank you for sticking by us despite the several scandals that have leaked regarding our personal affairs; thank you for choosing to support us when ELiTE could only promote as a five-member group; thank you for supporting my drama.. thank you for the LuByeol OTP gifs on Tumblr," she guffawed, clutching her stomach as she felt it knot with a mass of butterflies.
"Thank you for supporting my Vogue photoshoots and fashions shows," Ava chirped, sniffling into her mic. The back of her hand was stained with fresh tears, wiping at her runny nose as she felt herself crumbling into the palms of her fans' hands. "Thank you for being with ELiTE for the past five, strong, heartful years."
"Thanks for being able to tolerate my childish behavior," Hannie remarked wistfully, "and for being such great noona-fans and hyung-fans."
"Please continue to support us onwards... ELiTE wouldn't be able to be here without you all, and we owe you so much," Vivien piped in whole-heartedly.
"So to repay you with all the memories you have allowed us to create, let's restart this concert with the very first number you have allowed us to promote."

"Masquerade, everybody!" Kisa exclaimed, a playful beam gracing her picturesque features.

"Are you guys done yet?"

Kisa breathed incredulously at the hyperactive fans screaming, screeching, and extending their hands for their admired idols to grasp. The seven staged girls did their best to grip onto as many hands as they could, tears leaking down their cheeks; but who cared? It's their five year anniversary. "What do you want next?" Kyo Jin exclaimed. "Pop Pop Pop?" Mild screams resonated throughout the audience. "How about Style?" Slightly louder. "Dr. Feel Good?" Extremely loud, now.

Anna grinned, whipping her hair back slightly to fan off the sweat trickling down her hot flesh. "Dr. Feel Good, then. Cue music, please!"

"Wow! You guys are amazing!" Ava giggled gruffly, coughing as she felt go dry. The collective members nodded to the fans, some shooting a thumbs up to the teary girls and boys lingering at the orchestra seats up front. The posters eventually rose higher, being waved proudly about by the time the girls started singing Goodbye; and by the time Pop Pop Pop came around, the fans were wildly screeching for the seven girls dancing and singing on stage. Style evoked more screams, especially from the fanboys, and triggered fangirls to waver from excess admiration.

By the end, they were having trouble even breathing, but the girls knew they were far from finished. Abeoji didn't hold this special Superior Concert for no reason; he didn't get their Big Bang sunbaes and 2NE1 sunbaes to open for them for no reason; and he most certainly did not get SE7EN sunbaenim and Gummy sunbaenim to MC the event with no reason; he meant for this to be the most mindblowing concert of all time -- for both ELiTE and Superiors; his intention remains, and bores straight into the girls' souls with no question.

Their fifth anniversary was made to be special, and made special is what it will be.

"Before we close," Anna breathed, taking in dramatic gasps. "We have one more surprise for you."
"To celebrate our five years," Vivien and Kisa announced vibrantly.
"We've prepared one last comeback song for you to remember us by until our next anniversary," Hannie remarked, tearing off her jacket.

Ava coughed a couple of times before bringing her mic up to her chapped lips. "Produced by Yang Hyun-suk sajangnim himself.."
"..and written and composed by Kwon Jiyong sunbaenim," Kisa giggled.
"And choreographed especially by Vivien Dancing Machine herself," Haebyeol continued. "We present to you --"

"Killer!"

"Annyeong haseyo, ELiTE imnida! Gomapsumnida! Please continue to look upon us kindly and continue to fight with us along the way, our lovely Superiors!

Could it get any better than this?

Hah! Nah, no way.

This was family, now. A way of life -- and you can't escape that. It's your fate, a destiny that's set into stone forever.

But.. it's not like they're complaining, huh?

✰ELiTE celebrates fifth anniversary with Superior Concert!

The same y, stunning girls that had debuted under YG have done it again! ELiTE has returned for their fifth-year anniversary with a killer Superior Concert, that had sold out in the first two hours of being on sale! Precisely half a million Superiors filled up the stadium for the indoor event today, and have had their minds blown away with various segments from the ELiTE girls, varying from aegyo contests to rap battles, to dance-offs, and straight to performances from the debut days! Hosted by SE7EN and Gummy of YG, Big Bang and 2NE1 also performed as opening acts and closed with a collaboration with all the seven ELiTES.

The concert lasted a couple of hours and went into late night; thankfully it was on the weekend, but it was still enough to give the fans something to remember. Five years and still going, is what the ELiTES are sticking to; they ended the concert particularly with a new track they plan on coming back with, after a two-month break that has been granted by Yang Hyun-suk himself. After their two months of vacation, Papa YG states, "The girls will be back up and running, and it'll be like they never left."

These five years have been great with you girls!
