Sment, the ultra high class extremely exclusive all boys boarding school located in Seoul South Korea. Boys from all over the world compete in exams in order to gain entrance. In the end only one fourth of all who apply will actually be accepted, the school would love to except more but there is only one building of dorms and the building only has three completed floors, the fourth floor was being built but due to an error only seven rooms were built.

To make up for this error they added a balcony to the remainder of the empty space. The three normal floors have 15 rooms each, each room holds two students, in total the school only accepts 104 students minus the ones that were already at the school to begin with. That means every year the school only accepts about 26 students, this is to ensure that each class is relatively equal. Each floor has a president and vice president who are in charge of the younger students on there floor, due to this being only the second year that the top floor has been in use it is run by two sophomores, who were the only ones brave enough to live up there.

            “Teukie~~~” Heechul shouted as he ran out on to the balcony, another boy with somewhat long brown blond hair was sitting at one of the tables on the balcony, 12 folders laid out in front of him

            “What is it Heechul” The boy, named Leeteuk, asked looking back at the other, Heechul was tall for his age, standing at around six feet tall, he had medium black hair and a feminine figure

            “Hey are those the new students we get this year” Heechul asked smiling, he started to mess with some of the folders causing Leeteuk to slap his hands away

            “Yes Heechul, they are, we get half of the new freshmen on our floor” Leeteuk shifted some of the papers back the way he had them, he had to admit it was a group of very cute boys, each one had a different background combined with different interest, he had been looking at the folders the night before and had only found one common interest, Music.

            “Wow, that one’s a cutie” Leeteuk looked up to see Heechul going through one of the folders

            “Didn’t I tell you not to go through those” Leeteuk shouted, he launched himself at Heechul effectively tackling the taller boy, Leeteuk was shorter than Heechul, he stood only about five foot nine, but even part of that was shoe lifts. They rolled around for about five minutes, Leeteuk eventually getting the folder back

            “Aw~~ you’re no fun” Heechul pouted, Leeteuk sighed and scooped up the folders, a bell rang across the school yard, this one symbolizing that everyone should head to the gym for orientation, or as Leeteuk and Heechul liked to call it, the principal never shutting up.

            As expected Leeteuk and Heechul ended up being late, they had started to make their way down the flights of stairs when Heechul had tripped and plummeted to the bottom Leeteuk in tow, by the time they made it to the gym they were already late

            “AND WHY ARE YOU TWO LATE AGAIN” The principal shouted, all the other floors presidents and vice presidents were waiting for them

            “Well you see” Leeteuk started

            “NONE OF THIS NONSENSE, I DON’T EVEN WANT TO HEAR IT, YOU TWO ARE ALWAYS CAUSING TROUBLE AND ALWAYS LATE” he shouted, Leeteuk flinched, he hated being yelled at, he hated being in trouble more but still the yelling always hurt the worse

            “Yeah, yeah, we’re late okay, we get it you don’t have to yell” Heechul muttered coming to Leeteuk’s defense, the principal looked ready to explode but held his breath, Heechul was the opposite of Leeteuk, he didn’t mind getting in trouble or being yelled at, it almost seemed like he would go out of his way to make getting in trouble part of his daily routine.

            “Sir, the assembly” One of the teachers smiled, Leeteuk and Heechul knew this teacher very well, his name was Kangta, he taught Basics to all the students, he had been the one to vouch for Leeteuk and Heechul when they wanted the top floor

            “Yes, I know, you two better watch yourselves” the principal muttered, he shot one last glare at Heechul before straightening up and heading onto the stage

            “Thanks Hyung” Leeteuk muttered, Kangta patted him on the back

            “Not a problem” he smiled, Kangta was one of the few teachers in the school who preferred to be called Hyung or older brother as opposed to his name

            Leeteuk and Heechul followed the others on stage sitting on the far right of the stage, the principal inhaled deeply and both Leeteuk and Heechul knew what came next

            “Welcome new students to Sment, the top high school in all of South Korea, as you can see you are the lucky few who passed and gained entrance into this elite school. As for the returning students we welcome you back and hope this school year will be even better, and for those of you whose last year it is we congratulate you on making it this far” The principal inhaled deeply again

            “As most of you know this school has different policies than most high schools, for one you live on campus, which in turn means you will be living on a certain floor. Now before you panic you all have been assigned certain rooms on a certain floor, each floor has a president and vice president. They are all seniors…”

            “That eager to get rid of us” Heechul laughed, a few sophomores snickered in the crowd

            “Well all other floors are run by seniors except the top floor which just opened last year, each floor also has a teacher in charge of it, you will meet your assigned teacher later, now let me introduce your teachers and your floor leaders…” each person on stage stood and introduced themselves, Leeteuk and Heechul were last

            “Hi my name is Leeteuk, I am a sophomore and the president of the top floor” Leeteuk smiled

            “Hey, my name is Heechul, I am a sophomore and vice prez of the top floor” Heechul smiled, Leeteuk elbowed him in the ribs, Heechul in returned wrapped himself around Leeteuk

            “Oh and to all you boys, Leeteuk is mine” Heechul smiled, a few boys actually had the look of fear

            “And last I am Kangta, the basics teacher and the adult assigned to the top floor” Kangta smiled,

            “Well there you have it, now a few rules to discuss before I let you all run off and prepare for classes tomorrow, first off I want no parties, and no destruction on campus, also no boys may leave campus during the week days, weekends you are allowed off campus, also I want no boys running across the street to the girls dorm, also do not use the balcony to spy on the girls school” the principal shot a glare at Leeteuk and Heechul

            “Also curfew is at ten o’clock so I don’t want to see any of you running around campus or sneaking late night snacks out from the cafeteria, on the bottom floor of the dorms is a vending machine if you are dying from hunger, I want none of this sneaking out late to meet with a girl also please refrain from noise late at night, we are next to a neighborhood, all other important rules will be explained by your floor president or a teacher if need be” the principal shot another glance at Leeteuk and Heechul, in response Heechul blew a kiss at the principal

            “KIM HEECHUL YOU STOP THIS FOOLISHNESS RIGHT NOW” the principal pointed at Heechul who in response was already well out the auditorium door

            “You are all dismissed, if the freshmen will please wait and receive their room assignments on the way out” the principal smiled politely as if it was totally normal to scream at a student
