But when he was having troubles onstage, Jonghyun gets bailed out by his friend's younger cousin, Key, who just might be the only one to help him get over his love for Jessica. (Jonghyun’s P.O.V)

She was the first person who are not my parents to see me .  Granted, we were seven years at the time, but I had a feeling even then. There’s really something about the first girl you play doctor with. Maybe its cosmic or something, or perhaps its just that she’s seen your package and didn’t run away screaming. Whatever it was, I always thought that Jessica and I were made for each other. A perfect fit.

We spent each day together, even when we became high school students. It was the perfect romance. I was dating the most beautiful girl in school. And the cool part? We still played doctor. For the entire time in my life I was in love, And I knew it would last forever.

Boy, was I a dumb-…

- 16 months and 3 days later –

“We need to talk.” Jessica breathed in and out as she stared at me. We were sitting at one of the benches found at a park few blocks away from her house, she called me out saying that she has something very important to say to me. “Um, you know, everything in life, e-even the great things, run their course eventually. Right?”

I nodded my head as I stared back at her.

She continued. “Trends fade, bread molds, people die.”

“Uh-huh.”

Jessica sighed. “I guess--… Do you remember the first time we kissed? The feeling, the sparks?” I nodded my head again. All that she was saying right now is making me feel that something is wrong. I can’t help but feel sorta nervous. Then she continued. “Well now, when we kiss, The feeling… I-it’s… I-it’s kind of… It’s kind of gone.”

I froze on the spot.“S-so you’re… you’re breaking up with me? Is that it?”

“Well yeah… I mean… we’re together ever since kindergarten and I know that somehow we’ll have enough of each other’s faces sometime soon… so why wait for it to happen, If we can stop it now before our friendship goes down the drain.”

I stood up and snickered. “Is it that really what you want, Jessica?” She nodded back at me. I shook my head. “Or you’re just doing that so you can prove that I really love you?”

Jessica also stood up “It’s not that. I already explained to you why I’m doing this. Just get over it… Move on with your life… ‘cause I already moved on before you…” She started to walk away I just stared at her.

“I’ll do anything to get you back Jessica… You’re the only person that I’ll love… I know that we’re meant for each other…”
