Rant/Tip #009

Using a song that doesn't match the mood of what your writing? If the song's not going to match, then don't even use it.

Example:

Listen to this song as you read ^^

Sun Mi was dragged into the warehouse by the men who had kidnapped her earlier. Only seeing her boyfriend, Yixing on a chair hands tied up and ankles secured on chains.

"Oppa.." she muttered, "OPPA WAE?!"

In a blink of an eye, Mi Young comes from the back doors, "You see what happens when your family messes around with mine? Your precious little boyfriend will get hurt because of your stupid actions." She looked at the male hostage and turned to her men, "Take him, and kill him." 

Sun Mi's eyes widened, "No, don't kill Yixing, please. He shouldn't even be a part of this. Please, let him go and take me instead." 

"Jagiya.. Don't, I can't have you dead. I will kill myself before your parents can kill me." Yixing begged.

Mi Young rolled her eyes, "Just take the ing both of them and end it. Love stories don't always end with a happy ending, just to let you know."

My Reaction: 

 I am not lying, I really remember hearing a song like this for an angst kind of chapter. Like.. Are.You.Freaking.Kidding.Me. Use a ballad like Only Tears by INFINITE. 

Okay, so it may not have happened to everyone. But it happened to me. I'd be all, "U srs bro. You kidding me? No, just no. Just don't add freaking music if it's not going to freaking fit in." when I see it happen another time. -.-
