Okay. Now everyone has seen a fanfic where there's no seperate paragraphs, right?

 

Example:

   "Yixing oppa! You didn't buy me my ice cream!" Sun Mi complained as she pouted. The unicorn chuckled, "Sorry, I forgot. Can I come in?" he patted her head. "Neh, oppa! Come in! I'm not doing anything anyway." She moved back a bit so her friend could enter her apartment unit. "You were watching To the Beautiful You?" he asked. Sun Mi nodded, "Yep! The new episode! Do you want to watch it with me?" Lay smiled, "Sure. Let's watch it together." they both ended up watching the first episode of the brand new drama together. "Oppa, isn't that you?" she pointed at one of the characters. "No, he just looks like me." he answered as he shoved popcorn in , "Now chew." 

 

 

Like.. that is so freaking annoying! You're submitting your work to AsianFanFics. Not to some IM page or on freaking FaceBook.

 

My Reaction:

Stories like that make me angry! Like I want to stab someone! (not you yixing, or any of our subscribers, you guise are awesome~ and you too mooncake)

 

How it should be:

Chapter 7: "Did they rub a damn lamp three damn times and a damn genie came outta nowhere and granted them 3 damn wishes and one of them was to vanish from the damn story? Or what?! WHAT FRIGGIN' ELSE."

Chapter 18: I HATE it when writers write a really good description thing, and then when you actually read the story, the grammar and spelling is disgraceful. I'm just like ASDFGHJKL GO BACK TO SCHOOL ALREADY! It annoys the hell out of me.

Chapter 21: This would probably tie in with the Mary-Sue chap, but I think it deserves its own mention-- stories where EVERY single member of a group falls in love with ONE girl. I especially see it in Super Junior and EXO fandom, like 12 guys in love with one perfect girl that understands them all...There are no words for this...and then to make it worse, all of the boya act out-of-character and backstab/fight with each other in order to get the girl, and then she makes some cliche declaration about not fighting each other and dates them all at the same time and nobody ever calls her a ____ because it's twoo luv >_>. Rant over, sorry about that, once I get started I dont stop.

Chapter 21: I have a slight visual impairment and some fonts just make me cry, and I mean this literally, as size 8 curly wurly script in a pastel colour burns my eyeballs. I hate it when I read a really good description in size 12 black arial and then chapter 1....bam!!! Bye bye eyeballs.

If the story seems worth it, I have been known to send a message to get the font changed. And god bless those who do. And screw those who don't!

Chapter 17: May I rant here too? O3O

Oh well since we're talking about fan fiction pet peeves. I hate it when the story is just absolutely random when the plot line is so serious or if the twist is just so ____ing stupid. Like this one Big Bang story I read, the girl couldn't even defend herself in the first chapters then all of a sudden she's the mother ____ing best female gangster out there? It's just wrong or the author should've just foreshadowed the twist in some way so that we wouldn't be sitting here saying "WTF?"

Chapter 11: I agree too, 'When it All Collapses' is one of my favorite fanfictions of all time! :) It's so beautifully written :)
