"Darling," a sweet voice coos as the man behind it taps your shoulder.

You slowly open your eyes, only to see that the view was not that different as when they were closed. You're unsure of the time. You're unsure if you're even awake or not. But you are sure of one thing- Yonghwa was being extremely annoying whether it was late in the evening or early in the morning, dream or reality. You stick your head under your pillow and ignore him.

He lightly shakes your shoulder this time. "Come on, wake up," he softly whispers.

"What time is it?" you manage to ask, your voice groggy and cranky.

"Time for you to get up."

You reach over him, grabbing your phone from the nightstand to check the time since Yonghwa isn't cooperating. As the glow from the screen blinds you, he smiles at the sight of your face.

"4:26 IN THE MORNING?! ARE YOU INSANE?" you scream, launching the poor, defenseless phone at him.

"I know it takes you forever to wake up," he replies as he effortlessly catches it. "I would've let you sleep in till 6:00, but then we'd hit traffic by the time you finish getting ready."

"That's still too early. And getting ready for what?"

Yonghwa beams. "I planned an adventure for us."

Your eyes remain closed as you spit out, "The only adventure I need right now is one in bed."

His eyes widen and flashes a smile. "Well, I can give you that too, you know."

You lift your eyelids and glare at him. "Not like that. Let me sleep. Wake me up again at 6, I swear I'll comply."

"No you won't."

He knows you so well.

"Fine," you surrender. "But just give me five more minutes. I promise."

Yonghwa sighs. "Okay. Five minutes. Don't be grumpy!"
