To Seohyun's surprise the lights were off and she turned it on immediately.

"Happy Birthdayyyyyy my Seoseo!" 

Kyuhyun greeted her as soon as she reached home from work.

Not only Kyuhyun but other members from Girl's Generation and Super Junior as well.

 

All she thought was they forgot about her most special day but to her surprise they didn't 

and she was grateful for that.

She returned every hug she received from them.

It was a special day, indeed it was.

 

Moments later, kyuhyun invited her to his room.

Kyuhyun, her most special oppa in the world. He means a lot to him

but nothing more than a brother,she thought.

She'd thank him for always being there for him through the easy and hard times.

He never left and never he will. 

 

By the time they reached his room she crossed her arms and asked.

"Where's my gift?"

He pretended to think hard.She became impatient and her lips started to pout.

Minutes passed and they were still in the same position. 

"He's just playing tricks with me" she thought and when she was about to leave......

 

He pulled her into his arms, she was surprised and she thought it was sweet.

She buried her head in his neck and hugged him back.

"Happy Birthday" he whispered.

"thank you, I thought you forgot about it" she chuckled

"Why would I?" he asked which she just chuckled.

"Do you like my present?

"Best present I have ever received in my life"

He smiled and hugged her tighter this time ,gave her  kiss on the forehead 

and finally lets go of her.

That night Kyuhyun asked her to stay for a sleepover,just the two of them.

They slept in the same bed in their pajamas, no malice or anything.

They were as close as ever and people even thought they were together but no they aren't.

Seohyun was staring at the ceiling, there were stars which glows so bright at night,when the

lights are off. "

"So beautiful" she said with those sparkling eyes.

"I know, I prepared it just for you, I know you'll like them" he said.

"No,I love them."

 

"You know ,there's still something I'd like to ask,if it's okay with you"

"Of course it's okay, it's still your birthday after all. We still have half an hour left before midnight."

"Hmmm, are you sure it okay?"

"Yeah, what is it?"

"Sing for me"

"Sure, I'll do"

"He cleared his throat This one is so close to my heart Seoseo."

"I want to hear it"

He started to sing.

Met for the first time years ago and then fell in love at first sight

"I like you Seoseo" he said in a normal voice.

There was no response from her, he thought she was shocked.that's why she was quiet
but soon he heard a snore.

She already had fallen to sleep and he laughed a little.
Before he followed her to sleep he stared at her.

He brushed off the hair covering her face 
with his thumb.

She's beautiful, even when she's sleeping. Her innocent cute face just
amused him.

Moments later he gave her a kiss on the forehead and pulled up the blanket
and followed her to sleep.

A week later after Seohyun's birthday, he never saw her again. A week but to
him it seemed like forever. They still talk through phone but he
could sense something fishy, something going on.
There was no problem between them too and he thought it was something else.
He even asked her the following morning after that
night if she heard something but she shook her head no and said that she had fallen
asleep because of his angelic voice.
He was safe about his feelings. He thought it wasn't the right time for her to know.
But when?

 

He likes her ever since but he kept it. In love he can't be selfish. He can't sacrifice
whatever relationship they have right now. It's just not right.
He cares about their friendship more than anything.
What if she'll misunderstand his intention? What if she'll ignore him?
What if she'll stay away from him? A thousand of  "What ifs" popped

in his mind. He wouldn't bear loosing her.

He wouldn't take it.
She means the world to him. He loves her that much so he chose
to shut his mouth which just make it harder for him each day.

He was growing impatient. She missed her a lot.
He decided to go to their place where they always talk and go
whenever they have their breaks from work.
Starbucks.

Seohyun loves coffee, she always have and always will.
He got himself dressed and started his engine and went straightly
to the place.

 

When he arrived, he was fortunate to see her there. Right there, the exact corner
the exact table where they sit and talk. 

A smile planted on his face and he went straightly to the place without hesitation but
when he was a few steps away from the table, a guy
A guy who seemed so familiar to him, went to where Seohyun was,
carrying a tray of coffee in his hands.
It was Jung Yong Hwa.

Yong Hwa seemed to notice him and waved at him which made Seohyun turn to him.
"Oh Hi there Oppa!" Seohyun waved at him with a wide smile on her face.
He faked a smile,but he hoped she didn't notice it
 and waved back at her. "Hey"
"You're just in time oppa. I have something to announce"
"What is it?"
She held onto YongHwa's arms and Kyuhyun knew what she was going to say.

Please don't say it

"Oppa, this is Yong Hwa, my boyfriend." she announced proudly.

I actually thought this one is going to be a one shot but my story became longer than I thought.
It's going to be 2-3 or so chapters.
