Chapter 1: THIS WAS BEAUTIFUL, HANNAH. i always have my own assumptions about idol life and how tough it must be to be a completely different person on stage, always smiling, yet always hiding from the fans in reality, wanting to live a simple life, love without any boundaries, show normal emotions and relationships without having your fans assume there are ulterior motives behind it. kai vs jongin and krystal vs soojung is rlly like taking up a new identity. I really can't imagine krystal to be the depressed type but then again, i haven't rlly thought much about soojung's trainee days. I was on the verge of tears at the , when kai wanted to escape from his hell on earth with krystal. I'm glad soojung knocked some sense into him. your fic makes the pink tape photoshoot even more romantic and magical. Can't wait to read your other kaistal fics. ⌒.⌒

this time it's less... dreamy than usual, more descriptive, and a bit less angsty. BUT YOU PULL THIS OFF SEAMLESSLY LIKE WTF HOW. I am in love with krystal's character, the happiness complex and whatnot-it's just so plausible in my mind. I can totally see Soojung being that broken teenager but with a strong determination to be happy-to believe that the idol life, her supposed "dream", can be happy. Who knows, maybe the idol life isn't her dream anyway-I can totally imagine the young, lost, and gullible Soojung in the fic putting her sister Jessica on a pedestal, convincing herself that that's what she wants, too. Just a theory. AH, just so beautiful. Anyways, continue the good work!

Chapter 1: I love angst. Gosh. I love angst and your kaistal stories so much. I always dreamed of being an idol (although I'm not pretty and talented) but this story is for the lucky ones like us. Living the so-called mundane life. Happy and ordinary. I pity the idols and everyone who needs to fake a smile just to make us, ordinary people, happy.
