Description
Phia Eden is a 900,000 year old soul vampire. The government is aware of the fact that vampires are real and so does the whole world. The vampires have their own government called the Aricadia Council and an identifacation system called the Great Achrives. In this world there are only two types of vampires, ones who eat the soulds of humans and ones who drink blood. The humans however don't know that there are two types, they believe that they all drink blood that is donated from animals or humans. Soul vampires are rare especially if they have powers.
When Phia is found to be one of the "Special" vampires she is sent to Seoul Korea to be housed with 5o other vampires. All is well at first, until the 5o find out she's a soul vampire. Then, one day Phia meets one vampire that changes everything.
