EXO-K were on their way to Music Core for their MAMA goodbye stage. Since f(x) started their comeback promotion the same week as EXO-K's last week of promotion, the company warned them not to interact that much on stage or in public. Kai and Krystal are dating and fans might suspect that something is going on between the two 94-liners. Though it was hard, they tried to stay away from each other, avoid each other's stares, so as to protect their relationship and at the same time, protect their respective groups. 

EXO-K had been monitoring f(x)'s promotion on the internet, from the release of their teasers, MV, live performances, up to their interviews. Yes, they're a big fan of f(x). Though they were in the same company, EXO-K couldn't help but be charmed by the girls, and that was also the reason why they're pretty jealous of Kai. 

30 minutes drive from their dorm up to the music station..

"Don't let him check the internet." Baekhyun whispered to D.O. who was sitting next to Kai.

"Any update about the girls?" asked Kai. He opened his bag and grabbed his laptop.

"Uhm.. nothing new. The last one was their MNET Wide interview, so no need to check." D.O. tried to convince him.

Kai his laptop. "Yeah right, that one stupid interview. Either way, I have to check my e-mail."

"What did I just tell you!?" Baekhyun silently scowled at D.O. 

"I don't know what else to do!" D.O. glared at Baekhyun.

"WHAT THE.."

"WHAT THE ACTUAL.."

"!!!" Kai growled, making the boys jump off their seats.

 "This article was absurd!!!" Kai said angrily as he punched the window next to him.

"WHO MADE THIS CRAP!?" Kai growled once again.

"This is much more worse than his screamo part in MAMA." Chanyeol whispered to Baekhyun.

"Shut up!" Baekhyun flicked Chanyeol's ear.

Suho closed his eyes and sighed, " Stay away from the internet, Jongin. Soojung is still a hot topic."

"She didn't do anything wrong! I seriously cannot believe this world we are living!!" Kai shook his head in disbelief and was close to throwing his laptop on the window. 

"We all know she didn't do anything wrong, so calm down. She'll get over this, she's a strong girl." Suho assured him.

"Why does it always have to be her?? My poor princess.." Kai let out a heavy sigh, turned off his laptop and decided to just close his eyes.

"Whoa! Articles are popping out, defending her this time. Check this out!" Sehun showed one of the articles to the boys.

"Good thing people are defending her. This shall pass." D.O. patted Kai's shoulder.

"You guys did watch the interview, right? She laughed it off, right??" asked the frustrated Kai.

"Yes, she was obviously wronged. They all look uncomfortable when the MC threw that question, especially Soojung. Good thing Qian and Sunyoung made the situation less awkward." Suho answered him back.

"That question was uncalled for, in the first place." Baekhyun added. 

"Always right in time for their comeback. Media !" Sehun scowled and turned off his laptop.

Finally, they arrived at the music station. Baekhyun, Chanyeol, Sehun and D.O. left and followed their manager.

Suho, who's like a brother to Krystal and also the leader of EXO-K, waited for Kai who was still pretty upset because of the controversy surrounding her girlfriend.

Suho placed his arm on Kai's shoulder, "What matters is that we're here for her, especially you, Jongin. She needs you."

"It just that I can't do anything but watch her get hurt." Kai held back his tears.

"We cannot do anything about it, Jongin. Media controls everything. All we can do now is give her continuous love and support." They finally made it inside the music station.

"I think you should give her a call." Suho patted Kai and gave him a wink as he walk straight to EXO-K's dressing room.

Kai grabbed his phone inside his pocket and dialed Krystal's number.

"Hello?"

"Jonginiee!" Krystal answered cheerfully.

"Soojungiee! I miss you!" Kai pouted.

"Awww, I miss you too!" She answered sweetly.

Tears fell down on Kai's face as both of them went silent. Good thing everyone was busy that no one saw him getting emotional in the hallway.

"Are you okay?" Krystal asked worriedly.

Kai let out a small laugh, "I should be the one asking you that. Are you okay?"

Krystal laughed, "Of course, I am!"

"Good. Rock the stage later, okay? I'll be watching you." Kai wiped the tears on his face.

"Alright, wait for my helicopter dance, then!" She said cheerfully.

Kai just couldn't help but love and admire her girlfriend more. He knows she was badly hurt, she's just hiding it because she doesn't want to be a burden to her members, to anyone who cared for her, even to her own boyfriend. 

"Soojung?"

"Yes?"

"I will love you forever, okay?"

"You know that I'm always here, right?"

"Soojung??Are you still there?"

Tears suddenly fell down on Krystal's face.

"You know, I always thank God for having you, Jongin." She wiped the tears off her face and smiled.

"Me too, Soojung. I have you and that's more than I could've asked for." Kai finally smiled.

"We'll get through with this. Together!" Kai assured her.

"Together!!" Krystal shouted on the other line.

"Oops." She chuckled as Luna gave her a weird look.

Kai couldn't help but laugh at his silly girlfriend.

"I love you, Jongin."

"I love you more, Soojung."
