I still remember, back to a long time ago, when it was just you and me.

Alone... Just the two of us, in our own world.

You'd deny it now, of course, but you loved me so much then. Maybe even more than I loved you. You'll deny it now - that you ever loved me that much - because somehow, we lost it all along the way.

It's like we're just existing next to each other, and that hurts.

It hurts, because I think about how it used to be different... how we used to exist for each other.

I see you acting, through your dazzling smile, lying about what you've done (and are still doing). But I act too, because I pretend that I don't know; that I'm perfectly fine when I'm not, when I dying from hurt and jealousy inside.

It kills me, little by little.

You know the way everyone treats this like a joke, when it sure as hell isn't?.

It sickens me.

But despite it all... I still love you. I really do. Which is why I have to do all I can to get you back.

The idea for this fic kind of popped into my head yesterday. :D (Although, I still don't really know where it's going yet..)
