I really think that your title is very unique.  It gives some special meaning to it mixing hot and cold together..  I think it suited the story too
Forewords: 7/10
Like you said, your forewords was very short.  Not much to comment actually, but maybe you could have given a simple description of your characters, since you just introduced the names..and like readers have no clue what type of character you're trying to write.
Poster/Background: 5/10
I don't know whether asianfanfics could upload a background or not..so I'm not gonna grade your background.  Your poster looks really nice, but I think the colour is a bit too dark, personally.
Plot: 18/20
I really can't believe her parents are so mean to her, its really mean...I feel so sorry for her.  But I really think you did an amazing job with your plot...I really think its original!!
Creativity/Originality: 8/10
Though, loads of dramas and novels nowadays explain about lack of family relationships, so that part is kinda bit common..but I think the rest was ok..good try overall!!

I think the story was written really well.  It wasn't going too fast nor too slow.  Great job!!

A few spelling errors here and there.  I think your vocabulary is really good, you used some good flowery words.  I think your grammar is really good too!!  One of the best I've read!!

The only thing wasn't well described was your forewords.  But otherwise, your characterization was good.  Mimi's character is really well described!!
