It was just another slow day in the dorm of South Korea's biggest girl group. For once, all nine members were free but it was raining outside and there was seemingly nothing to do. Tiffany, Jessica, Hyoyeon, Seohyun, and Yuri were gathered around the television trying to find something to watch. When they passed by a channel showing Sgt. Keroro, Seohyun looked at the others expectantly but Hyoyeon just shook her head and moved on to the next channel. Sooyoung, Taeyeon, Sunny, and Yoona were all the kitchen eating some snacks they had hidden from their manager. 

"Hey! What're you guys doing?" Tiffany stood up and walked to the quartet in the kitchen. "Those are the snacks we saved for a special occassion! You can't just eat them all!"

"But Tiffany-unnie, we were hungry! And Manager-oppa said that we won't have dinner until later..." Yoona whined as she reached into Sunny's bag of chips.

"Besides, what better thing to do when we're bored besides eat?" Sooyoung remarked as she opened the wrapper of a Choco Pie.

"Well..." Tiffany's brows wrinkled at the thought. What could they do? There was nothing on T.V. and it was too rainy outside for them to go anywhere. Tiffany sighed softly, "Do you mind sharing some chips Taeyeon?" Sunny and Taeyeon were grabbing large handfuls of chips from a potato chip bag as Tiffany asked.

"Uh sorry Fany, looks like Soonkyu here ate it last bit..." Taeyeon smiled sheepishly and pointed at Sunny who attempted to smile with a mouth full of chips and shrugged.

"Showwy." Sunny was barely able to mutter out the word as crumbs flew from . Tiffany walked back to the couch and sat next to Yuri. She looked at Jessica who was taking up most of the couch, forcing the other four to sit on the floor. The brunette was asleep as usual even when the T.V. was blurting out advertisments and music no matter what channel they landed on. Just when Hyoyeon changed the channel to an episode of Running Man, Yuri stood up.

"I got it!" Yuri grinned and turned to face everyone. The eight other girls just gave her a confused look. "Why don't we play a game? You know, to pass the time!" 

"But what kind of game Yuri-unnie?" Seohyun asked as the kitchen quartet joined the others in the living room.

"If your talking about video games I don't think I have enough for everyone." Sunny pointed out as Yuri started pacing.

"No, no... I mean something like... A race!" Yuri's grin became larger and at the mention of athletics Hyoyeon couldn't help but be curious.

"You mean like a race around the dorm?" Hyoyeon asked, leaning forward intently.

"Yeah, but the winner needs to get something..." Yuri crossed her arms, "But what?" The others all thought a while about it until a sleepy sounding voice unexpectedly rang out.

"What are you guys doing?" Jessica sat up and stretched, "You all look like The Thinker or something..."

"Actually, we're trying to figure out what the prize should be for this race Yuri wants us to do," Taeyeon replied, "But we're having some trouble..."

Hyoyeon suddenly brightened up and sprang out of her seat, "I got it!" The other eight girls looked at her anxiously. "If the prize is boring then no one will play right? So, lets make the prize our secret snack stash!" The others seemed suprised and a few gasps rang out in the room. The members had all collected those snacks when they were free from the prying eye of their manager and to think that only one of them could gain access to it...

"Sounds good!" Everyone looked when they heard Sooyoung's voice, "I'm sure it'll get us all motivated!"

"But what if you don't win Miss Shikshin?" Jessica chimed in as she giggled, "Wouldn't that be bad?"

"Then I'll just win!" Sooyoung grinned. The other sighed and smiled as they all agreed to the deal. If their shikshin was okay with it, then of course they were.

"I had another idea," Hyoyeon said, "Since it'll be too easy for some members if its just a regular race, why don't we each carry another member on our back?" The others seemed to like the idea until another voice rang out.

"But there are nine of us... That makes uneven pairs doesn't it?" Tiffany pointed out.

"Well one of us need to be a ref right?" Yuri grins. "Now, who wants to be the ref?"

"I want to Unnie," Seohyun chimed in, "I want to watch my unnies have fun~ I'll just play next time." Seohyun smiled and the others nodded. They then decided how the course should work.

First, there will be two teams that start from the end of the hallway. They then have to go inside each bedroom and the person that is riding another member has to touch the wall opposite of the door. The teams then have to head into the kitchen, out to the living room, circle the living room once while avoiding obstacles set by Seohyun before the race, and then reach the front door. The first team who sets down their partner at the front door wins. There will be three rounds and whenever a team loses they will be counted out. That way there are only two teams left to battle it out and to see who will win. 

The eight girls split into danshins and janshins. The taller members will each pair up with a shorter member for the race. The teams were: Tiffany and Jessica, Taeyeon and Sooyoung, Sunny and Yuri, and Hyoyeon and Yoona. Tiffany and Jessica would go up against Sunny and Yuri for the first round. Seohyun was going to follow them through the course and make sure they complete it correctly, if a team messes up they have to try that portion again. Seohyun would also call out who wins each round.

Tiffany stood at the end of the hallway as she struggled to help Jessica onto her back. "Jessy, just jump onto my back. Its easier that way."

"Promise I won't fall off...?" Jessica looked at her best friend warily.

"I promise~" Tiffany smiled and Jessica couldn't help but blush. She hesitantly jumped onto Tiffany's back but instead of falling like she expected, the brunnette felt the red head's arms shift underneath her. "Just hold on Jessy, I need to make sure your secure... And... Alright!" Tiffany grinned.

Jessica smiled and shouted to Seohyun who was at the end of the hall, "JeTi team is ready!"

"The SunYul team is ready too!" Sunny shouted as she grinned at Jessica. "I'll get your for all those times my aegyo wasn't cute!"

"Yeah right!" Jessica playfully stuck out her tounge at Sunny, "We're not going to lose to you Lee Soonkyu! And we're definitely not going to lose to your Kwon Yuri!"

"Ready... Set.... Go!" Seohyun pressed a button on her phone, making a small "POP!" sound. The two teams ran off as they weaved through each room. As they reached the living room, they saw the other members jumping up and down on the couch cheering for no one in particular. Tiffany was ahead by just a little, if she could set Jessica down then she could win this round! As she reached the door, the red head quckly set the brunette down, almost dropping her as Jessica frantically clung onto Tiffany.

"Yah! What are you doing!? You promised not to drop me!" Jessica cried as her feet hit the ground. Seohyun used her phone to make another "POP!" 

"Tiffany-unnie and Jessica-unnie win the first round!" Seohyun happily announced as the runners tried to catch their breath. The next round was quickly underway and Tiffany could tell that things were heated. First of all, she could hear Yoona and Hyoyeon from in the living room and second, she could just barely see that Sooyoung and Yoona were neck and neck. In the end, Taeyeon and Sooyoung won the round. 

Tiffany helped Jessica onto her back again as Sooyoung smirked. "I'm not losing to you Hwang Miyoung. Those snacks will be mine!" Sooyoung grinned and let out an almost comical evil laugh. Tiffany giggled and got ready to run.

"Not in your life Choi Sooyoung!" Seohyun's phone could be heard again as the two teams ran off. Tiffany was falling behind Sooyoung as they reached the last room. Jessica however leaned foreward and touched the wall, making it so that Tiffany didn't have to run all the way there. The red head had almost caught up to Sooyoung as they reached the kitchen. She could see Sooyoung eying that pile of snacks on the table. Tiffany quickened her pace and ran with all her speed towards the door. Both teams struggled to get the shorter member onto the floor. Just as Jessica was about the touch the ground, Seohyun's phone went off.

"The winners are Sooyoung-unnie and Taeyeon-unnie!" Seohyun smiled as the others clapped. Sooyoung and Taeyeon hugged happily before running to their prize. Tiffany was panting for breath as she watched the two of them leave. A smile crept onto her lips, although she lost, the red head had to admit that it was a very fun game.

"Hey, hey lets share!" Jessica asked Sooyoung. Sooyoung rolled her eyes playfully and laughed.

"Relax, I wasn't planning to keep it all to myself anyway!" 

"That would be mean wouldn't it?" Taeyeon smiled and handed out a snack to each of the members. "Now lets eat!" 

Jessica and Tiffany sat next to each other as they talked and laughed with the other members. Soon their manager had returned and they all ate dinner together. As the night wore on, each member headed to bed. Tiffany glanced at Jessica and found her asleep. She smiled softly and motioned for the others that were still awake to be quiet. They all nodded and Sooyoung helped Tiffany carry Jessica into her bed. 

"That was fun wasn't it Jessi?" TIffany whispered when Sooyoung had left, "Lets have fun like that again okay? And next time, we'll be sure to beat TaeTae and Sooyoung!" Tiffany giggled and planted a soft kiss on the other girl's lips. "Sleep tight Jessica." Tiffany slowly walked out and closed the door. 

Jessica opened one eye and quickly sat up in bed when she was sure Tiffany was gone. The brunette touched her lips and blushed brightly. "Good night Tiffany..." Jessica smiled softly and fell back onto bed, hugging a small totoro toy that she kept on her bed as she drifted back to sleep.
