Prologue: His Dream
There in the grove of the sequoia tree
There was a young girl and her piano
A vexed young boy, who saw what was to see
Fell in love with the sound of soprano
The light rain and the trees that surrounded
Made him feel serene as the sound seized round
And yet, he stood there, wholly astounded
He found he loved the girl, and her great sound.
He sat down and started to play along
The melody filled him with such great joy
The girl next to him made him greatly strong
The song's absolute calmness filled the stressed boy
Although his wish could be fufilled never,
He wanted this dream to last forever.
