The gang has been waiting for 3 hours already. TaeNy and TaecZy are in the cafe drinking some coffee. YoonYul, Sunny and HongKi are still sitting waiting in front of the ER. Yoona was already dozing off on Yuri's shoulder and so does Sunny on HongKi's.

 

-Hospital Cafe-

 

"We've been waiting for 3 hours already. I hope they would be okay." Tiffany said as she sipped her coffee

 

"They'll be okay! by the way how did this happen?" Taecyeon asks

 

"i don't know! the medic who rescued them just said thay they got hit in a car along with the truck that hit Sooyoung" Tiffany said.

 

"Seriously, i wonder if those two had already made-up! They're both hurting and now they both got into an accident! that's double kill you know!" Taeyeon said 

 

"what do you mean?" Suzy asks curiously

 

Taeyeon and Tiffany began to explain about SooSica's fight and about Sooyoung being an idiot. Taecyeon and Suzy listened intently and sighed after hearing the story

 

"typical Choi Sooyoung" Taecyeon mumbled as she sipped his coffee and Suzy nodded beside him

 

"wait! Did Sooyoung became and idiot before? I remember when Eunhyuk said about her being a pabo again. What does he meant by that?" Tiffany asks curiously

 

Taeyeon began to tell her the time when she first met Sooyoung. It was raining hard and Sooyoung was on the street alone (you practically know the story already). 

 

"after that time, she became a cheerful Sooyoung she used to be again. But the only thing taht didn't left her is her idiotic side" Taeyeon said

 

"Sooyoung unnie had been on the hospital before! also a severe accident! for being an idiot" Suzy said

 

"Did Sooyoung ever fell in love before? i mean does she has any ex's?" Tiffany asks. She's worried for Jessica. She doesn't want her cousin to get hurt again. Two weeks of suffering without Sooyoung was already enough for her cousin.

 

"yes" Taeyeon said quietly. Tiffany went shocked that her eyes went wide

 

"bwoh!?"

 

"but they never became a couple. It took Sooyoung i guess 5 months to get over that girl. And also that heartbreak of hers was also the reason on one of her idiotness" Taeyeon said

 

"how come she got heartbroken" 

 

"That girl already likes someone else. It was really hard for Sooyoung you know! She gathered all her courage to confess just do find out the girl already likes someone else" Taecyeon said

 

Tiffany nodded and 30 minutes later they went out of the cafe and headed back to the ER

"hey! The doctor isn't out yet?" Taecyeon asks as he and Suzy and TaeNy approached the rest of the group. They also noticed that Hyoyeon and EunHyuk had arrived

 

"nope!" Hong Ki

 

the group waited. Sunny and Yoona are both asleep while the rest of the gang were only sitting quietly. about 15 minutes later, the doctor got out of the room. Everyone immediately gathered around the doctor

 

"doc, how are they? are they okay?" Taeyeon asks worriedly

 

"Ms. Jessica is fine now. She's resting already. As for Ms. Sooyoung, i'm sad to say that she got into a coma" The doctor said making everyone shocked

 

"coma!? how come!?" Suzy asks

 

"Her head was greatly injured along with her ribs due to the severe accident. Actually, Ms. Sooyoung wouldn't have a coma if only she got hit a tree but due to the truck driver's recklessness, her side got hit" the doctor explained

 

"can we go see Jessica?" Hyoeyeon asks

 

"you may. But she's still asleep so you guys be careful. Excuse me for a while since i still have to do something at the office" The doctor said and he excused himself

 

The whole gang entered the room and saw Sooyoung and Jessica on the bed asleep. They all got taken aback when they saw Sooyoung with many wirings around her. Taeyeon and Yuri immediately rushed over to their bestfriend. Suzy, Taecyeon and Eunhyuk followed them. Yoona, Tiffany, Sunny, Hong Ki and Hyoyeon went over to Jessica's bedside

 

"Sooyoung-ah! what actually happened? how come both of you and Jessica got into an accident when both of you are still suffering?" Taeyeon asks even if she knows that Sooyoung couldn't hear her

 

on Jessica's side, the rest of the gang were all gathered around Jessica's side. Suddenly, Jessica began to stir. Hyoyeon called out the others who were on the Sooyoung's side and immediately they rushed over to Jessica's

 

"hey, Jess" Tiffany said smiling. Jessica gave out a small smile. She tried sitting up but couldn't so Yoona helped her.

 

"how are you, Jess?" Hyoyeon asks worriedly

 

"never better! Where's Sooyoung? how is she?" Jessica asks

 

"Jess, Sooyoung... she's in a... um..." Sunny began to say nervously

 

"she's what?"

 

"Jess, she's in a coma" Sunny said causing the girl to go shocked

 

"WHAT!?" Jessica tried to get off from the bed but Hyoyeon and Sunny quickly stopped her

 

"what the hell!? guys, please! let me see her!" Jessica pleaded

 

"she's asleep, Jess! and you need to rest too! by the way, are you two already, you know, make up?" Hyoyeon asks

 

"yes" Jessica said simply

 

"h-how!?" Taeyeon asks in excitement. Everyone gathered around her and waited for her story. Jessica began to tell them what happened

 

"let's all thank the rain because it made them make up again!! and let's punish it!" Hyoyeon said after hearing the story

 

"seriously! i can't believe you two just got back together and now Sooyoung's in a coma! seriously, when will you guys be happy together!?" Yuri said

 

"blame the author..." Jessica mumbled (Yah, unnie! why me!?)

 

"anyways, Jess we'll go home now! we'll come back tomorrow! rest well okay?" Hyoyeon said. Jessica nodded and went to sleep

"Soo, when are you gonna wake up?" Jessica asks worriedly as she wipes Sooyoung's hands with a towel. It has been 3 weeks and Sooyoung still hasn't woken up. Jessica was released a week later after the incident

 

Jessica leaned forward and kissed the tall girl's lips. She layed her head beside Sooyoung's body while her hands holding Sooyoung's hands and dozed off to sleep

 

Suddenly, Sooyoung's fingers began to move a little but it didn't woke the the blonde girl up. Sooyoung's eyes slowly opened. Sooyoung looked around her surroundings and saw Jessica asleep. She gently removed her hands away from Jessica and ran it on Jessica's blonde hair

 

"Jess..." Sooyoung whispered as she ran her fingers on Jessica's hair. Slowly, the blonde girl's head went up and before Sooyoung could react, she felt a pair of arms around her. Jessica had immediately wrapped herself around Sooyoung and buried her face on Soo's neck

 

"Sooyoung! I'm glad you're awake now" Jessica said. Sooyoung pulled away and stared at Jessica. She wiped the tears that was on the girl's face using her thumb

 

"I'll never leave you, Jess. I never will. And if i do, i promise you, we'll die together. We'll be together till the end" Sooyoung whispered. She leaned forward and kissed the girl's forehead

 

"Jessica Jung, saranghe" Sooyoung whispered

 

"saranghe, Choi Sooyoung" Jessica whispered back and kissed the girl fully on the lips. they both shared a passionate kiss together

"is everything set? the flowers? what about the music?" Sooyoung asks. Its been 3 months since the accident happened. 2 months since they both suffered without each other's presence. And now, it's Jessica's bday the next day and Sooyoung is planning to surprise her at exactly 12 midnight

 

"hey, Soo!" A voice appeared from behind. Sooyoung turned around and saw Donghae and Sunny, beaming

 

"hey, guys! what are you doing here?" Sooyoung asked

 

"nothing! just checking on how you're doing with your plan! and it looks like it's doing great! are you ready for tonight?" Donghae asks

 

"yup! definitely! remember to bring her here at exactly 11:45 pm!" Sooyoung reminded Donghae

 

"no problem! and oh, we already contacted the others for Jessica's birthday party tomorrow at the resort!" Donghae said smiling

 

"good! now excuse me, i still need to do something" Sooyoung said as she excused herself from the two

"JESSICA JUNG SOO YEON!!!" Hyoyeon's voice echoed as she went up to Jessica's room. She barged in only to find the blonde girl sitting up with a look of frustration on her face

 

"what!? and where's my Sooyoungie" Jessica asks frustratedly

 

"wake up and get dress! someone's waiting for you downstairs!" Hyoyeon said and exited the room. Jessica went curious but had dressed up in a white blouse and green skirt with a black belt in a ribbon style.

 

 

she went down and saw Donghae dressed in a suit. She started to go curious

 

"let's go?" Donghae asks as he held out his hand. Jessica took it curious of what is going on

 

"um, Donghae, what's going on?" Jessica asks as they got inside Donghae's car

 

"you'll see!" Donghae replied smiling and drove to their destination. The place where Sooyoung is waiting

 

15 minutes later, it was already 11:50. They had arrived in front of a mall. The mall was closed down but Donghae lead the way to the back door.

 

They entered the back door and climbed up the staircase. They entered the door that was at the end of the stairway. There Jessica saw a picnic mat and a picnic basket. There were also two candles on the center of the mat. Jessica went curious when Donghae told her to go over to the mat and left.

 

Jessica went near to the picnic mat and as she got nearer, music occured and a girl began singing.

Jessica turned around searching for the source of the voice. Suddenly, Sooyoung appeared behind one of the bushes. She was holding a microphone and a bouquet of roses in her hands. She was smiling as she continued singing while walking towards Jessica who was stunned in amazement

she wiped the tears that was falling down her girlfriend's cheeks. When she finished singing, she stared at the girl's eyes lovingly

 

"I love you Jessica Jung. I promise, i'll always be there for you. No matter what happens i won't leave your side" Sooyoung whispered

 

At exactly 12 midnight, Sooyoung snapped her fingers and fireworks began to explode. Jessica stared at the fireworks. Suddenly, the fireworks began to form into a word saying, "Happy birthday, Jessica Jung"

 

"Soo..." Jessica stared at Sooyoung. She was too speechless. She felt so happy that the person she loves very much was the person who gets to greet her first

 

"happy birthday, Jessica" Sooyoung said. Jessica expressed her thanks to Sooyoung by kissing her fully on the lips

 

"thanks, Soo! I love you very much" Jessica said as she hugged her. They both shared the night  together

"yo! are we guys late?" A voice appeared. It was Seohyun along with her special someone, Yonghwa. Hara, Gyuri, Nicole and Jiyoung also arrived. Followed by Siwon, Soojin, and Sulli

 

"Soojin unnie!~" Taeyeon squealed like a kid and immediately ran to Soojin and jumped in her arms making Sulli and Siwon chuckle

 

"aigoo... you're still a kid, Tae! Yah, Yul!" Soojin waved at Yuri who was busy massaging Yoona. Yuri smiled at Soojin and resumed to massaging her girlfriend

 

"yo, guys! we're here!" Hyoyeon, Eunhyuk, Ryeowook, Changmin, Kyuhyun, Yunho arrived. They were soon followed by Taecyeon and Suzy

 

Later, when everyone were already present they began to celebrate Jessica's birthday. Sunny went over and handed a large cake that was specially designed by Sooyoung

 

They played around and ate the foods that were all prepared. 2 hours later, Sooyoung made everyone settle down. She grabbed a microphone and started to make a speech

 

"Everyone, I'm glad you all came on my Jessica's birthday. Thank you very much. Right now, there's something that i want to say and to promise to the birthday girl and i want you all to be the witnesses. I want you all to punch me when i break my promise to her so i could open my eyes and see what i'm clearly missing" Sooyoun said. She looks at Jessica and stared deeply in her eyes

 

"Jessica Jung...." she began

 

"I want you to know that i love you very much. That you're my whole world. I want you to know that i would never leave your side ever again. The last time i left you would be the first and the last. Leaving you would be the least that i would do. And in front of everyone...." Sooyoung grabbed something from her pocket. It was their couple rings

 

"I promise you, i would never leave you. I promise you that you will always be the one that i'll love for the rest of my life. I love you, Jessica Jung and Happy birthday, my princess" Sooyoung said as she slipped the ring on Jessica's ring finger

 

"Choi Sooyoung, i really don't know what to say. But like your promise, i won't leave you too. Thanks, Choi! My bodyguard" Jessica hugged Sooyoung and Sooyoung gave back the hug. Everyone cheered for the couple

 

"It's like you're proposing, Soo!" A voice appeared from nowhere. Sooyoung pulled away from the hug and saw her crush along with her boyfriend. The guy was still the same as Sooyoung last saw them

 

"Shin yeong...." Sooyoung was speechless

 

"I'm glad you found your happiness now, Soo!" Shin yeong said as she approached the couple

 

"You're Jessica-ssi, right? I'm Kim Shin Yeong! Sooyoung's friend and ex-crush" Shin yeong lend out her hand. Jessica face went uncomfortable

 

Shin yeong must have sensed it cause she said, "ah don't worry! nothing will happen between you! Sooyoung loves you alot! and besides i already have a boyfriend!" Shin Yeong linked her arms around Ha Min, her boyfriend

 

"I'm Jessica Jung. And i won't worry anymore because there are many witnesses here who witnessed Soo's promise. So whenever she breaks it, many would be able to punch her" Jessica chuckled

 

"all right! let's continue the party!" Hyoyeon shouted and they continued partying

It was already late afternoon. They were still on the resort. TaeNy, YoonYul and SooSica were all taking a walk. the stopped in front of the beach and admired the scenery as the sun began to set

 

"ahh, i can't believe this story will be ending now!" -Taeyeon

 

"yeah! after everything we went through!" -Tiffany

 

"the dramas and the sweet moments that we shared" -Yuri

 

"the times when Yul and I were still being tortured" - Sooyoung

 

"and now everything will come to an end" - Yoona
