your p.o.v

I was trying to calm my self in the kitchen by drinking some water but it didnt work..i was worried about the dream...what was on the ground?..why did i even get that dream?..i was trying to figure it out when i heard a sound i turned around ready to punch whoever was there..it turned out to be mom

"woah woah woah!what happened" she said taken aback by my action

"nothing mum i just need a hug"i didnt want to worry her..after all it was just a dream..she didnt say anything for several seconds then she hugged me tightly while my hair..she released me and held me by the shoulder

"now go sleep and stop worrying about your date tommorow" i wasnt even thinking about that but the moment she said that sentence i immediatly went to bed..after all i didnt want to have bags under my eyes on my first date ever!

*in the morning*

"wake up~" joon said while moving me gently back and forth

"arasso.." i said sleepily

"come on ill take you to the bathroom so that you'll take a shower and then ill take you to school"he started carrying me and after a second i was in the bathroom..in the shower...oh god..cold water splashed into my face

"joooooooon!" i yelled

"sorry! I thought you were awake..seriosly ok?" he said and ran away... this pabo..i took a shower, dried myself then wore my school uniform.. i wouldnt admitt this to joon but the cold water was really refreshing..

"oppa ill go to school by myself you can get me after school ok?"

"as you like sis!"he said ..i went to school it was 8:30 when i arrived and i wasnt surprised when leen was late but when the period started i started worrying slightly ..leen is never absent.. always late but never ever absent even when shes sick..i kicked worry thoughts about her when i saw himchan coming toward me; we had biology right now

"so are you ready for today?"he asked, obviously talking about our date

"yeah all is ready" i beamed, i was lying, i didnt even think about what to wear but i figured it would be something casual... the school day ended quickly and before i knew it i was standing there waiting for joon to arrive..vroooom! I saw him coming.

 "hey barbie!" he beamed i luaghed.he was singing that old barbie song i decided to go on with the song. "hey ken!'i said

"wanna go for a ride?"

"sure ken!"

"jump in" i entered the car while loaghing soo hard.

."so how was school"he asked

"boooring!"

"good!"he said suddenly turning serious

"what are you thinking about?"i asked

"dad came home today"

"why?!"

Authers p.o.v:

"why?!" she asked..it was'nt a sad why ..it was more of a surprised one..her dad had a job that required him to be out of the house for months..even when he would come to see them ,one phone call would send him running out lf the house shouting good byes to his family..her mother never complained about it..she was a caring wife..she knew being a detective was hard and was proud that her husband was one.

."i dont know"joon said having the same question roaming around in his head " i dont know"

You're p.o.v:

We entered the house..i could smell something tasty."lunch's ready!change out of your clothes and come eat..dad came!"

"i know i heard from joon"i said..maybe its just anormal visit..maybe there's no need to worry after all..i changed my clothes and went to eat dinner..we were eating when dad came he kissed me and joon on the cheeks"i missed you so much!"  he said.he came and sat infront of me..he looked tired..he looked at me and joon and gave us warm smiles but it didnt reach his eyes..there was something stopping him from smiling..sadness? guilt? Or both? My mother didnt notice..she was too happy to be seeing her husband after such a long time..

"so hows school these days?" dad asked..

"all good!" i said

"shes going on a date today!"my mother said while eating happily.

"omma!" i said with a mouth full of food.

"really..im happy for you!" dad said .and then as if he couldnt hold it longer he asked my mom

"can i talk to you for a while?"

"sure!"mom said.. I was finished my dinner and happily volounteered to wash the dishes.

"ill wash with you"dad said..we were washing the dishes without saying anything..

"so this boy youre going out with is he good?"

"yeah i guess"

"you're in good hands then"he mumered but i heard him..

"dad you came here for a reason didnt you?" i asked and regret it as soon as i did..hurt flashed through his eyes for a second, then they became gentle again as if he forgot what i just said.

"i want to ask you a random question..can i?"

"sure!" i answered hoping that he won't remember my question.

"if we-your mother and i ..w-were gone will you manage?"i looked at him straight in the face

"what?..what sort of random question is that?dad your jokes these days are so bad."i said not able to imagine my life without him and mom..i mean sure he's out all the time but still he's my father..nobody can replace him..nobody

"i know.."he said"my jokes are bad"then he loaghed a bitter luagh.i shuddered ,i didnt know why was he acting so weird and i didnt like it either..

Auther's p.o.v:

Her dad looked at her..he knew she didnt mean her question to be in a bad way.but he was still hurt..he knew he didnt come here just for fun. he came here to tell his wife about something important..so important.. a thought popped in his mind and he decided to ask her a question ..he really meant it..he was a detective and his life was at risk all the time..he heard about families getting killed in this job..so he asked her.he asked if his life and maybe her mother's life would matter to her that much..he knew the answer..she loved them so much..they were her parents..but he still hoped that she didnt love them that much..he didnt want to hurt her in any way..not even emotionally..her response was bad..she didnt want to talk about it..she considered it as a joke..that was the amount of love she had for them..as a father he was supposed to be happy..but his saddness grew..she was making it hard for him..so hard..

Excited? that was a long chapter for me (well i had to make up for the days i didnt update in!)
