What a good fate, are they destined? Are they tied? Or it is just a nice co-incident?

The first time i set foot on New York City, he's the first person i met, when I came to Hawaii, I saw him in a candy shop and it's just fate that we both grab the last chocolate bar there, he gave it to me even though we both know that he picked it first. When my mom called in California, I went there and what's funny is he's just sitting at the back of my seat on the plane. I wonder why I always met him, not once, not twice, but always. We're a complete stranger, I don't know a single thing from him, neither him to me. Maybe it's just really fate that made the both of us meet everytime, in the right place, right time and right occassion.
