No one speak after that. Kyuhyun busy cursed himself for blurted out that stupid sentence while Siwon still stunned. They stood still on their spot, staring at each other with unreadable look.

“Excuse me, are you Mr. Shim Changmin?”

The voice of the delivery man successfully breaking Siwon-Kyuhyun staring contest. Kyuhyun rushed over to the delivery man and picked up the pizza. But when he was about to pay it, he realised his wallet was still in his bag.

‘Damn! What should I do...’ Kyuhyun thought in confusion.

“Err.. Em, I’m sorry, I...” Kyuhyun frantically searching for a reason, but suddenly Siwon’s hand outstretched in front of him.

“Here,” he said, giving the money to the pizza deliverer. After saying thank you, the pizza deliverer left, leaving Siwon and Kyuhyun alone. 

“Siwon, I’m sorry! I’ll pay you back later, I left—“

Before Kyuhyun could finish his sentence, Siwon already put the pizza on his hand.

“It’s okay, just enjoy the pizza before it gets cold.” He said, smiled charmingly. “See you later, Kyuhyun-ssi.”

Kyuhyun could only gazed in awe at him when he walked to his class, leaving him alone in front of school’s gate.

What? Kyuhyun-ssi? He’s so polite calling me like that, Kyuhyun thought. Then Kyuhyun smiled a little.

Maybe this day wasn’t as bad as he thought.

LUNCH BREAK

“Kyuhyun-ah, there’s someone waiting for you,” Hyorin said, poked Kyuhyun whose still sleeping on his table. Even though Kyuhyun was a genius student, he wasn’t exactly diligent. Compared to others, he was the one who had the most frequent sleep during lessons.

“Who is it?” Kyuhyun asked semi conscious. If it wasn’t important, then he would send that person away and goes back to sleep.

“Choi Siwon,”

Hearing that name, Kyuhyun automatically opened his eyes wide. He immediately turned to the window’s glass beside him and checking on his appearance. He fix his messy hair, and he also ensuring there’s no slobber attached to his cheek.

“You never say both of you know each other,” Hyorin said when Kyuhyun checking his appearance on the window’s glass. It was obvious that girl was curious.

“He’s my junior from middle school.” Kyuhyun mumbled, still busy checking on his appearance.

“Are you guys close?” She asked again.

Kyuhyun stopped, thinking about it for a few sec. Were they become close after that incident this morning?

“...Maybe.” Kyuhyun mumbled softly.

“What?”

But before she could ask more question, Kyuhyun immediately dashed off to meet Siwon. And he saw him, standing while leaned against the door of his classroom as he folded his arms across his chest. He looked like a model with a pose like that. Many 3^rd years who passed by shot him a wondered look. It was rare for 2^nd years to be in this corridor after all.

“Hey,” Kyuhyun greeted, smiled sweetly.

Siwon turned to him, and smiled. “Hello,” he replied. “Wanna have lunch?”

Kyuhyun accept with happy nod.

They walked toward the cafeteria. Siwon ordered the food while Kyuhyun searched the seat for them to eat. Somehow it sounds like a real date.

They eat together with no chatter. It’s more because Siwon didn’t have the heart to disturb Kyuhyun who seemed really enjoying his food. And then he realised why his senior’s cheeks were chubby. It wasn’t like Siwon doesn’t like it—he really enjoy seeing Kyuhyun who unexpectedly was very different from what he looked outside.

Because back then Siwon see Kyuhyun as a cool figure. Especially when he saw Kyuhyun sing in the ceremony back then. Kyuhyun looked so–although it’s a bit odd to say to a man—elegant.  

Kyuhyun finally realised that he was only the one who busy eating while Siwon only drink and staring at him. Somehow he felt uncomfortable.

“You don’t want to eat?”

Siwon only smiled.

“Ah, can I have your phone number?”

Kyuhyun nodded, and finally they exchanged their phone number. “What should I name your contact?“ Siwon asked, a handphone already in his hand.

Kyuhyun stared at him, totally confused. “Of course with my name, silly.” 

Siwon chuckled, then started to type on his handphone. “Cho Kyu—ah...”

Kyuhyun staring at Siwon who suddenly fell silent as he looked at his phone’s screen. “What’s the matter?” he asked.

Siwon blinked as he heard Kyuhyun’s voice. He flashed off another smile. “No, it just... Your name is almost identical with the person who broke up with me. Her name is Kyuri.”

“Oh. Do you still like her?” Kyuhyun asked again. Wait, why did he sound like a girl who’s jealous to her boyfriend?

Or was he indeed jealous?

But Siwon didn’t answer his question. He just smiled and stirred the topic.
