We first met at the school entrance ceremony.

“New students will be entering by class. Please line up!” a student council member was shouting at the megaphone.

The girl next to her were telling others, “if you have any questions please ask the nearest student council member!!”

Huh…? Dara wondered as she felt her head get heavy. I feel dizzy…

Suddenly, she fell but luckily, the person behind her caught her before she hit the ground.

Dara couldn’t sleep the night before, so she ended up collapsing right before the ceremony. And the girl who had been shouting at the megaphone was the one who carried her to the infirmary.

“mm…” when Dara woke up, she was lying in bed in the infirmary.

“Oh! You’re awake?” she heard a girl say.

As she was slowly recalling the events a while ago she suddenly remembered, “the Ceremony!” and sat right up.

“Don’t sit up so fast, you’ll-” the other girl tried to warn her.

She immediately laid back down as she started to feel dizzy again.

“The ceremony has already started. I’m sorry.” the other girl apologetically told her.

“Oh no!” replied Dara.

The other girl asked her, “Did you have trouble sleeping last night?”

“How did you know?” Dara answered as surprise struck her.

“We get one every year. Well, now that that’s settled, let me introduce myself.” says the girl while smiling, “I am Park Bom, Student Council Member, and it’s my pleasure to welcome you to Yang Goon Girl’s High School.”

She’s pretty.. Dara thought to herself as she gazed up at the girl in front of her.

Her smile and her kindness were my undoing.

“Oh!.. Thank you.” replied Dara.

“ehehe.” Bom chuckled.

That was the beginning of my admiration for her.

I met Chaerin right after that.

Dara was walking towards her classroom when..

“Hey, wait! Hey, you… um-… Park Dara!! That’s it! I remembered!” a girl shouted while trying to catch up with her

“Huh? Me?” Dara asked.

“Are you all right? I’m Lee Chaerin. Nice to meet you. I was standing right behind you at the ceremony!” Chaerin explained.

“Oh! Yes, I’m fine.” replied Dara.

Chaerin smiled, “Oh, good. Man, that student council girl was so cool!!”

“Huh?” Dara asked in confusion.

“When you collapsed, she scooped you up in her arms and carried you off! I fell for her right then!! She was so cool! So dashing!” Chaerin explained as she recalled the events a few hours ago.

Dara was surprised, “Huh? Scooped me up? Really?!” she blushed and added. in a low voice, “I sort of wish I could’ve seen that…”

Heh. Chaerin grinned at Dara’s reply.

“Are you mooning over her too?” she asks Dara.

“Huh? Well, um…” Dara was trying to find the appropriate words to say.

Chaerin replied, “Don’t worry! I can just tell!”

“What are you talking about?” Dara tried to deny.

Chaerin, while smiling, took her hands and asked, “Want to band together?”

“Wh-why?” Dara was surprised and tried to pull back her hands.

“Duh! We can form an ‘Bom-unnie Admirer’s Alliance’!! ” explained Chaerin.

Are you kidding me?!!! Dara thought.

And so… We came up with three rules.

“There! We’ll both play fair, Dara!!” Chaerin exclaimed and showed her the piece of paper.

Calling me by my first name already..? Dara thought to herself.

“uh-huh..” was all she could reply.

That’s how… I got dragged into an alliance with her.

“I hear Bom-unnie’s the Vice President!” said Chaerin as they were seated in the classroom.

Dara only replied with an “Oh…”

“Does anyone want to be a class rep?” the Teacher asked them.

Suddenly, Chaerin grabbed her arm and stood up taking her along and said, “Well.. Dara and I will be Class Reps!”

Dara, surprised, muttered a “Huh?”

“All right then! Lee and Park hmm?” the Teacher answered.

And that was only the beginning.
