Hi there. I truly am sorry for not going online for so long and for not being capable of doing your requests. I'm sorry for the requests I couldn't process. I'm thinking of closing the shop for I couldn't actually handle it anymore T^T I'm sorry! I'm terribly am sorry!  Thank you for the love and support you had given this shop.

It's a new shop although she has atleast two years experience of creating graphics. ^^ She's mostly online during weekends and I know she will be able to process and complete the requests you've sent in this shop that we weren't able to do so.
