Taemin Lee had always been weak, his body not made for fighting off diseases that threaten him. So he's spent his entire life in a hospital, only friends with the patients.. which came and went. And he could consider some of the nurses his friends but it was never the close relationship he wanted.  Only one person has ever staid besides Taemin, and that's Minho.

Minho was everything that made Taemin happy, he was the only that wasn't paid to care for him. But he only knew Minho around the hospital when he came to visit him.

Minho Choi met Taemin with a series of unfortunate events. At the age of 13 he was in a car accident, and by fate sent to the same hospital as Taemin. Taemin had already spent about two years at that particular hospital, he always visited the patients. Taemin was only 11 fixing to turn 12 when he met Minho, lying in the hospital bed.

Taemin walked into the room quietly, his bangs covering his eyes as he shyly walked into the room. Minho was staring out the window, he hated it here. His parents were to busy to come, though his mothers secretary had managed to fill out all the right papers so what did it matter? It didn't. None of his friends had bothered to come visit him... some friends. When he heard the sound of a door opening he wouldn't allow himself to turn, it wouldn’t be the family he yearned for, he listened silently waiting for the too sweet voice of a nurse but instead he heard Taemin’s soft voice.

Ever sense that moment they had been the best of friends. Once Minho had been discharged he was always sure to visit him, but he had never shared his outside life with what seemed to be a perfect… fairytale, but what would happen when this perfect little bubble of happiness gets thrown into Minho’s everyday life?
