The mood in the exo car, was more than depressing..all the members were feeling the same, they were all missing, hurting..Longing.
after all separating from the people that you consider your family and have spent many years of your life training and loving with, would be heartbreaking...
exo-m were driving back from the airport ,were they all had put on brave faces ,fake smiles and said goodbye to their beloved band members.
All of them were hurting, but one member in particular was deeply effected...sniffles could be heard from the back seats where lu han was seated, he had been the same throughout the whole flight from korea..Silent.
his head was buried deep into a plushie toy that was given to him earlier when he had to say goodbye to his soul mate.
just witnessing the departure was heartbreaking, both luhan and se hun had been crying and gripping onto each other, trying to connect with one another more than ever, trying to express their longing wish to be able to stay with one another forever ,through sweet kisses and passionate hugs.

There was a silence in the car, one that had been lingering over them ever since they had left the airport, and the only thing that was slightly breaking it was lu hans here and there hiccups due to his tears.
kris being the leader decided to break it the silence and try to give some motivation.
“luhan..i know this is hard, but remember he will always be in your heart..they will all always  be in all of our hearts, we are a family..and no matter how far apart we all are we are still connected..plus we will see them again..and until that day comes, all we can do is show our love by supporting them and wishing them luck in Korea.”
although kris’ speech was simple, it gave the members the motivation intended.
“it’s true guys, we are group all 12 of us!..and we shall see them again!” tao smiled from the middle seat..Backing up his hyung.
the members smiled ..a small smile but it was a smile.
However lu han seemed unaffected by any of the words..he was still in his own world..Silently crying.

A week passed and luhan’s behaviour changed only a small amount..now instead of silently crying he was putting on fake smiles to reassure the other members that he was OK.
However tao knew. Tao knew that luhan was still deeply missing his young lover,afterall he shared a room with luhan...and heard the olders murmurs in his sleep about sehun and noticed how he would violently wake up after  what seemed to be nightmare on the memory of luhan and sehuns separation, tao also noticed how luhan would constantly look at photos of sehun and tear up.
but tao knew he couldn’t do anything to help the older..after all although he too was separated from the band mates, however was able to stay with his lover..kris, and soo couldnt fully understand the pain that lu han was experiencing.

In korea,se hun was in the exact same state as his lover, not a day had passed that he was able to not think of him.
There was a horrible empty feeling in his heart, a feeling that could only be filled by lu han,he was craving for the older’s  surprise kisses, sweet “goodnights” and hugs.
He would do anything to see that beautiful smile again, that smile that he fell in love with since the beginning, and that still gave him a sense of butterflies.
he hated the feeling of being away from the older.

Lu han, and the other members of exo-m were all resting backstage, fatigued from their performance, lu han was slowly dazing off, when there was a sudden bang of their dressing room door, and it flew open.
lu han simply ignored it ..too tired to even pay attention to what was going on, he heard his manager muttering something to the other members but didn’t bother to listen properly ,until one sentence caught his attention and he leaped up.
“D..did you just say that we will be going back to korea!?” lu han repeated what he thought he heard,thinking that it had just been a fragment of his imagination, but to his surprise his manager grinned and eagerly nodded his head
“thats what i said...its been decided that exo is going to re-unite as one group and your all going to promote in korea.together.as one.”
lu han’s eyes lighted up..Something that they hadn’t done at all recently..and a smile spread across his face.
The other members needed time to take it all in before they all jumped up and cheered hugging and sharing laughs, all feeling beyond happy to be going back to their other members, an aura of happiness had overtook the entire room.
lu han couldn’t believe what was happening ,he was finally able to return to his lover..he was finally able to re unite with his only reason for living..sehun.
The week after, all of exo-m where back at the airport, the airport that had previously given them some of the worst memories of their life.
lu han was gripping on to se huns plushie..that still had a faint scent of younger lingering on it..he breathed the scent in, knowing that soon enough he would no longer need to hug the toy,but instead have the real thing in his grip.

It was 3.00am in the exo-k dorms and se hun had given up on trying to get sleep, he was used to it..Staying up till god knows what time, because every time he tried to sleep lu han would stir in his mind and that feeling of despair would return to him.
se hun got up lazily and padded over to the kitchen to get a drink, he grabbed a glass and went over sink, but just as he was about to turn the tap on he felt a pair of slender arms wrap around his waist.
“is that you baek hyun ..i told you enough with the skin ship.” Se hun stated bluntly and swerved around the face the owner of the arms, but to his surprise he was welcomed with a pouting lu han.
“so you’ve been replacing me with baekhyun?” lu hans pout turned into a teasing smile.
“l..luhan?” su hun stuttered out ..not believing the figure that was in front of him.
“yeap!” lu hans smile grew wider with the younger’s reaction
“im dreaming aren’t i ..this is just one of those dreams ive been having recently Im just going to return to sleep now” se hun closed his eyes still not believing it all.
lu han couldn’t help but giggle with se huns cuteness, he removed his hands from the younger’s slim waist and placed them on his cheeks, cupping them then moving in and planting a sweet kiss on his lips.
se hun opened his eyes..finally realising it wasn’t all a dream and grabbed the older..Switching their positions before lifting lu han up onto the kitchen counter, attacking his lips until he was out of breath then pulling away.
“l..lu han i can’t believe you’re here!.. how?!” the youngers eyes had grew wide and he  was smiling in disbelief.
“we can talk about that later..right now i need to fulfil the kisses i have missed out on while ive been away!”
luhan then ran his hands through the younger’s soft hair pulling him in to a kiss, this time taking complete control ,se han couldn’t help but smile into the kiss and trace his tongue over the olders lips. Their kiss soon become deeper and they were soon exploring each other’s mouths, finally fulfilling the craving of wanting eachother,se hun noticed how lu hans lips tasted the same as always like sweets and mints.
lu han pulled away first gaining his breath back, also aware that they couldn’t get too carried away, after all alot of the exo-m members where still awake unpacking in the other rooms, and they would definitely  be heard if they didn’t stop right here.
se hun pouted cutely at the loss of the older lips.
“the other exo-m members are still unpacking..” luhan whispered in to se huns ear, earning a shiver from the younger.
“fine..”se hun then picked lu han up bridal style and carried him to his room,plopping the older onto his bed and joining him under the warm sheets.
“you know its embarrassing when you carry me..im older than you remember?” lu han turned to his side and placed his head on se huns chest finally feeling content, after such a long time of missing the younger’s company.
“its not embarrassing,” se hun chuckled a bit then wrapped his arm around  lu han and snuggled into him.
now that the whole in his heart had been re-filled, the feeling of sleep was able to return to him and he could finally rest..with the scent of luhan sending him into slumber.
“i missed you so much se hunnie.” Lu han whispered and pecked the younger’s cheek.
“i missed you too!” se hun returned the kiss.
and the two fell into a deep well earned slumber.
